Morris's mozzarella is the best ever. The air-conditioned space is beautiful. The ingredients are fresh and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it if you're in the area. The ice cream is also excellent.

I bought the ricotta, mozzarella, and gorgonzola—what can I say? If you, like me, live far away and have no chance of getting these products again, you shouldn't try them! Because you'll never like anything else you find under those names again.

The products are excellent, and certainly being able to buy them here, at km 0, you have even more, the certainty of their freshness! I recommend the cheese with passito! I do not deny, that I was fascinated by the quantity of buffaloes, that can be admired in this farm.. wonderful!

The products are delicious and authentic! Drawn by the fior di bufala gelato, we then tried the cheeses. Just a short walk away, you can watch the buffalo herds feast. Convenient and ample parking.

09/10/2025: I dined at Bistrocc in Roccaforte with my wife and the group of historical collectors I belong to, and we were all completely satisfied. The restaurant is quiet, well-kept, and very welcoming, ideal for a pleasant evening with friends. The appetizers are delicious: in particular, I tried the veal with tuna sauce, which was truly exquisite, with incredibly tender meat and an authentically flavorful sauce. For my first course, the tajarin with rabbit ragù was a real surprise: rich in flavor and perfectly balanced. The main courses and desserts on the menu also deserve a mention for their quality and impeccable presentation. A restaurant that combines tradition and sophistication, highly recommended for those who love good Piedmontese cuisine in a serene and refined setting.
