The products are excellent, and certainly being able to buy them here, at km 0, you have even more, the certainty of their freshness! I recommend the cheese with passito! I do not deny, that I was fascinated by the quantity of buffaloes, that can be admired in this farm.. wonderful!

The products are delicious and genuine! Attracted by the fior di bufala ice cream we then also tasted the cheeses. With a few steps you can go and see the buffaloes while they eat. Convenient and large parking.

Assaggiare la mozzarella e la carne delle bufale dell'azienda Moris di Cuneo è stato un viaggio nei sapori autentici: intensi, genuini e semplicemente indimenticabili. Ogni morso racconta la qualità e la passione con cui vengono prodotti. Se cercate il vero gusto della tradizione l’avete trovato!

Very good and excellent quality products. Helpful, smiling and prepared staff. I'm talking about the ladies who work in Caraglio. I don't know about the other shops. Even during the disastrous fire we kept ourselves informed of the situation in order to access their reborn sales space as soon as possible. Merry Christmas to all

20/09/2025: More than a dinner... it's a journey of expertly reinterpreted dishes that speak of the local area. We didn't try the menu but opted for the à la carte menu, and I must say we were very satisfied. Our least favorite was the dessert, but above all, the Sambucana sheep, the Pesio sturgeon, the spaghetti with Castelmagno cheese, the macaroni, and the pork with mushrooms were truly top-notch. The price, as we know, is high for a Michelin-starred restaurant, but it's definitely worth it. The service was prompt, never over the top, truly perfect. The restaurant has been beautifully renovated. We'll be back to try the menu.

05/08/2025: A must-have, highly recommended as a pasta alternative. As for sauces, it's number one.
03/08/2025: Great pasta, really good. The only tourists were there, mostly locals. The price-quality ratio is excellent.
