As reported to the owner, it is a real pleasure to come back often and taste a different pinsa each time, one better than the last. I think they are the best Pinse in Lecce.

The service is great, good advice, very welcoming, friendly. Quick service and the Pinses that we had were delicious and the thin dough made them very light to eat. I recommend this restaurant ☺️

Pinsa Amatriciana is nothing short of fabulous! Fragrant, light and rich in flavour. The excellent quality crispy bacon went perfectly with the pecorino romano and the other ingredients. The Pinsa Marinara and the French fries (never seen so large, crunchy and soft) were also very good.

30/08/2024: When I'm in Otranto a dinner is a must. Always. Good traditional cuisine, nice and welcoming guys, outdoor tables and above all far from the tourist chaos.
30/08/2024: Even though we hadn't booked, they welcomed us with kindness and helpfulness. Excellent food, friendly staff prepared to give you the best advice. In particular Claudia who looked after us excellently. Definitely recommended.
