It was truly an excellent and pleasant surprise on a gray Saturday in Milan!!! And I really can't understand the negative ratings I see on trip (but this is my opinion). It is certainly an expensive restaurant, but given the high quality of the products and the ingenuity of the recipes it is certainly worth it. We ordered the suggested non-Edo style (I don't remember the term). Each dish was a real gem, which I don't want to reveal because it would ruin the surprise. I only mention the octopus in pumpkin cream and the amberjack with soy condensate and if I remember correctly, cucumber. It is a mix of tastes that touches both oriental and local cuisine (in some ways). Simple but effective and affordable wine list. It's a shame that we arrived late and the kitchen was closed, otherwise I would have been curious to try an albacore tuna nigiri (to try Edo cuisine) and the final miso soup. The Vietnamese coffee offered at the end was the final cherry. I've tried "foreign" coffees on various trips but this one was surprisingly good The only suggestion I can give is to clearly write the price of the suggested proposal, but I imagine there is a reason given that for the other dishes there is a price.

We had dinner for two during the week so there weren't many people and we had no problems finding a free table. Japanese cuisine different from the usual Italian-Japanese. Very welcoming and characteristic environment, kind staff and very helpful manager to help the guest with his choice. We chose the tasting menu with various courses... one better than the other. I was afraid of getting up still hungry but I struggled to finish everything. In my opinion, everything is good but too expensive. Drinking a small bottled beer with two tasting menus, we spent around €150.

Trovato per caso in una giornata di lavoro. Il proprietario preparato e con spiegazioni accurate di ciò che ci servivano ( sono stato per anni in Giappone con la nazionale di judo) e ci ha portato in una degustazione sublime tra tradizione giapponese e creatività! Da anni non assaggiavo pietanze giapponesi di così alto livello! Servizio impeccabile e conto adeguato alla qualità del cibo! Da provare assolutamente! Ci tornerò sicuramente per provare altre pietanze!

Grande esperienza, capisci di essere in un posto unico nel suo genere appena entri. Lasciatevi guidare dalla passione e competenza del proprietario, sa anche vendere molto bene, ma è tutta sostanza, bravo! Abbiamo provato il percorso creativo, ingredienti freschissimi, gusti che ho provato solo in Giappone onestamente.
