Everything was perfect, probably the nicest staff we've seen in a restaurant in a long time, the wine recommendation was exactly as it should be with a knowledgeable and very kind sommelier recommending multiple options and finally an excellent bottle below the maximum price range I gave, the cuisine is very high level and well though with local products from a talented chef who deserves recognition.

This was likely the best meal I’ve ever eaten in my life. The food was incredible with unique flavors I’ve never tasted before. The service was perfect. We had Pierpaolo and Noah as our servers and they were so friendly and attentive. I’m confident this restaurant will get a Michelin star very soon.

In a small village suspended in time, immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, we had an unforgettable gastronomic experience. We decided to rely completely on the chef's team's experience to pair each dish with the right wine, and followed the advice to try both tasting menus, including the completely vegetarian one. The aesthetics of the dishes were astonishing, with attention to every detail, as was the story of the experience—a journey that, in my opinion, cannot be told, but rather experienced. The dishes offered were exceptional, an explosion of flavor, with incredible balance of ingredients. Exceptional raw materials. The vegetarian menu was surprising, rivaling the meat menu, and I can assure you it was the first time I've had a completely vegetarian menu: simple ingredients that become incredible while maintaining the essence of the original flavor. I can say without a doubt that it was the dinner of a lifetime. An absolute must-try. As was the walk to the parking lot at night in the village with the lanterns lit. Beautiful. Let yourself be pampered by the chef's team, by their professionalism and kindness, by the love and passion that have allowed this project to be born, capable of transforming a family memory into an exceptional dish and an onion into a work of art.

Oreade...what can I say? There are not enough words to describe such a unique and wonderful experience. The restaurant is very beautiful, with a decor studied in the smallest details as is particular the ancient village that surrounds it. Each dish is a work of art, first for the eyes and then for the taste buds. Chef Riccardo Bacciottini has created sublime dishes that convey all his skills and enthusiasm for this work, and his collaborators illustrate each course with unique expertise. Everything is perfect...from the glasses, to the fine porcelain plates, to the wonderful cutlery that course after course tells a journey. If I can, it will truly be a pleasure to return to savor other delights in this magnificent restaurant.

For the first time I had the honor of having a unique and unforgettable experience in Oreade. Everything was fantastic from the welcome to the intimate and enveloping environment, the menu is the result of excellent professionalism, a joy for the eyes and the palate, each course seems like a work of art and the flavor is an explosion of taste, the stories behind each course that are told to us are an added value, an exciting evening.
