Montepeloso Pizza Dal 1960 In Lucera

Nowadays, if you choose among the gourmet ones, pizza and its annexes have become expensive but when it's good you unfortunately have to pay for it.

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten!!! Not being able to eat gluten, s.g. pizzas I've tried them, but this one is truly exceptional! I let my partner try it and he felt no difference in taste or consistency compared to his "normal" one. The dough is light, Neapolitan style but absolutely not soft, not with the appearance of eating "raw" dough. We also took a platter and some chips, very good, but the 5 stars are for the pizza. You can see the passion and love that these guys put into their work. Another positive note, but this is personal taste, is the fact of being far from the crowds of the center which allows you to park directly in front of the place. Well done!

I travel a lot for work and I'm from Turin, but pizza as good as Montepeloso is hard to find!! Congratulations to all the staff, I will definitely be back!!

I have come to this place more than once to eat pizza with friends and family and I have always gone home satisfied. The pizzas are very good, prepared with an excellent dough. Both the traditional and Gluten Free pizzas are excellent. Young but diligent staff in serving tables. I highly recommend.

Ho scoperto questa pizzeria grazie a dei miei amici e vedendo le recensioni positive ho deciso di provarla. Le aspettative erano molto alte e la pizza non ha fatto altro che confermare la mia ipotesi. Davvero buonissima e simile a quella napoletana. Prezzi medi e conformi al cibo. Personale gentilissimo. Bisogna ritornarci.

We came to Lucera from Cesena for work commitments. We ate 3 really delicious pizzas, fresh and plentiful ingredients. The owner Francesco is a helpful and friendly person. Absolutely worth trying.
