We stayed there for a week on vacation. The food was excellent (generous portions and really tasty), and the chef was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

We actually had a very good initial impression. However, after our main course, our plates took a very long time to clear. We then had to ask if it was possible to order dessert. Somehow, we had the feeling the staff wanted to close the kitchen as quickly as possible. What a pity! The restaurant was recommended to us by the owner of our accommodation, "Casa Vacanze Bicchi" in Scarlino, who also pointed out that the restaurant offers a 10% discount for guests staying at her accommodation. The restaurant didn't want to hear about this.

A good dinner, everything was good, but the parmigiana was spectacular. The service was a little slow, but it was worth it. We found one of the employees a little annoyed, maybe we weren't friendly.

We went for dinner and it was a pleasant surprise. We had appetizers and fish main courses, everything delicious, and the service was quick. I recommend it!

Ristorante adiacente Hotel la Pineta, abbiamo cenato 3 volte ed abbiamo trovato sempre piatti buoni, servizio veloce e prezzi nella media. Consigliato.

08/03/2026: A restaurant with a sufficient service, very good not so much at serving and the prices are high for the quality of the food and a location along the road, there is not even where to park and a nice restaurant on the outside but inside anyway
15/02/2026: We were there yesterday for dinner....easy to reach location...no parking problems (on the street if you adapt)...reservation for 9pm, we arrived there on time and just 5 minutes later and we had the table....we ordered pizzas and chips...here unfortunately the score drops drastically as they don't know in my opinion what a good pizza is (I'm not saying excellent) it was very hard already from the moment it arrived, imagine what followed (as a good Apulian among pizzas, panzerotti and pucce I am a great connoisseur)....as for the chips we had asked for before the pizza obviously they arrived after.....as for the staff very kind and helpful instead

21/09/2025: At Carmen Bay, I'd had a lunchtime snack of fried seafood and a glass of white wine after swimming. I decided to come in the evening for dinner by the sea. The setting is more atmospheric during the day, although at night it's lovely to hear the sound of the sea while dining. The seafood is good; I had the marinated anchovies and spaghetti with clams, paired with a nice white wine. The fried foods are generally good, although sometimes you can tell the oil could use a change. The service is friendly but a bit rushed. It's worth it for the setting and the sea view, which is also reflected in the bill: €20 for a plate of spaghetti with clams.
