However, it is important to note that, for a cuisine as substantial and generous as that of Emilia, the portions must be equally generous. In this case, I found the portions served to be a bit small, which may disappoint those seeking the authentic experience of rich, satisfying dishes.
Despite this, the dishes I tried were well prepared and tasty. The chef's passion and skill are evident in every course. I recommend this restaurant to those who want to savor the authentic flavors of Emilia, but I hope that in the future the portions can be more generous to fully reflect the culinary tradition of the region.
29/12/2024: I went to eat in this place that I didn't know with my family on Christmas day and I was very satisfied. The place is very large on two floors. The menu was fixed, we started with an appetizer of erbazzone and potato Jerusalem artichoke, then tortellini in broth that were really top, followed by very good green tortelli, roast with sufficient potatoes and sweet salami with mascarpone. The first courses and appetizer were really good. The service was top considering that it was full, we waited just long enough and the waiters were also very professional. So we will definitely go back on a normal day, in any case it made a really good impression on me. I recommend it. Prices proportionate to what we ate.
