It's been years since I've been to the historic Mondera bakery, synonymous with delicious bread. I was delighted to see it transformed into a veritable boulangerie! They have everything and do everything you can do with an oven! In addition to semi-whole wheat bread, I bought some truly delicious pastries! My favorites are the little coconut and limoncello boats. They're so soft you can eat them one after the other.

I've been a huge fan of your products for a long time, and every time I return to Calabria, I take the opportunity to try your wonderful bread. Just a curiosity: Did the baker forget to add salt to the soft taralli I bought this morning? Ad majora!
