Is Mondelli meat something sublime?, the price is adequate and the setting is truly unique. In its genre you feel like you are returning to a ranch in the films of Bud Spencer and Terence Hill in they called it Trinity. Fantastic

Very special place. Reminiscent of American country licks. Environment filled with details that take us back to the 70s. Spacious and well kept. Very kind staff who explained to us the particularities of a menu which was inviting in itself. Excellent fresh and tasty starters. Cuts of meat you don't know what to choose. Quick to serve even if there was a wedding. The wines are also good. Paid the right amount. We will certainly return, also to try some other dishes. Advised

Family dinner, wonderful and welcoming country restaurant. Nice menu, with succulent and very good meat dishes. PS: IMPORTANT TO ASK FOR A RESERVATION FOR THE BBQ

Our experience was truly exceptional. We have been to eat at their place several times, both for family dinners and for work buffets and this last time for a birthday. The atmosphere is always welcoming and this time in the large hall, practically almost everything for our table, was fabulous. Suitable for the elderly and children, spacious and bright and also outside a beautiful lawn and a riding stable. (only flaw, the bathroom is not really suitable for disabled people in wheelchairs). The two waiters, Tommaso and Emanuele made us feel at home, kind and attentive to everything. We had ordered a mixed grill for everyone: meat cooked very well and of high quality, appreciated by all the guests. Adequate price. Experience to be repeated and highly recommended. To be booked well in advance.

Very honest review We gave 1 star to the service and the food because we were not served and we did not eat anything. We appreciate the effort put into the fireworks, but we could have done better. We appreciate the cat. Good evening

In this corner of Friuli rich in history and culture, the Osteria alla Speranza is an enchanting place where you can savor exquisite recipes! Excellent cuisine, fresh products, the perfect mise en place! It was a riot of aromas and flavors! The service is also excellent. Compliments to the chef! Congratulations to the two sisters who masterfully manage this historic venue!

08/08/2024: Restaurant Review: Rueda Gaucha I had the pleasure of dining at Rueda Gaucha last night, and it was an outstanding experience. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the ambiance was beautiful. We started with a mixed platter of meats, featuring prosciutto and lardo from Mangalica. This appetizer was fantastic, but the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Fiorentina steak. It was perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and truly impressive. A single baked potato wrapped in foil was the perfect side dish, providing just the right amount of accompaniment. Additionally, the offering of various pestos and salts in small dishes alongside the steak was a winning touch, allowing us to enhance each bite to our liking. Overall, Rueda Gaucha exceeded our expectations in every way. Excellent food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere make this a restaurant we will definitely return to. Highly recommended!
04/08/2024: Nice place, soft lights, not noisy, professional staff who offer advice on the choice of dishes. Nice dishes. The rib is cured in front of the customer before being served. You can find both beer and wine, bottled or house-made. Very well presented and tasty dishes. The only small complaint was that the house red wine, admittedly on a hot August evening, was slightly too room temperature.
