A welcoming place with attention to detail, with a modern atmosphere and a delightful terrace. The salmon tartare turnip pesto risotto was perfectly creamed, with fresh ingredients and balanced flavours. Friendly staff and impeccable service. Highly recommended for those looking for quality and relaxation in Potenza!

Elegant and welcoming place. The quality of the food and the reinterpretation of traditional dishes and typical mountain dishes are excellent. I especially recommend meat-based second courses. All the young workers on the staff are commendable, kind and polite. Advised!!

18/02/2025: Excellent pastries, very good ice cream and also their semifreddos! The only flaw is the cashier, when you go to the cash register and want to pay with your card and you tell her, she does what she wants. It's not the first time this has happened to me, I say I want to pay by card and she sets up the payment with cash. He justifies himself by saying that he would have to do the whole operation again and despite this he insists on payment in cash. For the rest it is a place with excellent employees.

23/03/2025: Una domenica di marzo a far visita alle cascate di Savoia. Prenotato il GG prima al SALVIA RANCH. Posto splendido Ben curato Pulito Ordinato Personale gentilissimo e attento Sala molto accogliente e rilassante Ottimi antipasti tra salumi e formaggi locali Ottima carne vasta scelta Buon vino e ottimo gelato. Asini cavalli conigli caprette Cani e soprattutto la piccola mascotte La cagnolina kara Festosa e affettuosa Splendida giornata di relax con ottimo cibo. Ci torneremo presto
25/02/2025: From indications received from people from Savoia di Lucania we quickly reach Salvia Ranch. One immediately gets the impression that the name is in tune with the place. The rustic but warm and familiar environment puts you at ease. The precise, punctual service does not skimp on information on the preparation of the dishes. The menu offers an assorted proposal that carefully uses local foods. The pasta and beans are perfect and so is the pasta with breadcrumbs and bran. The cut is well matured and well seasoned. The house wine is excellent, a slightly effervescent Merlot.
