28/06/2025: The Piazza Potente in Reggello is so suggestive, a place where the breeze blows almost continuously to make it perfectly acclimatized in this torrid summer, a perfect location especially sitting at a table from 1250, a restaurant with excellent quality and research on the supply chain of the products that are brought to the table, and with a large and young staff that whizzes up the steep climb made of old stones and then abounds dispensing taste and courtesy to all the diners. The small kitchen churns out delicacies with new recipes even off the menu, as well as the wood-fired pizza oven, unique, genuine and never banal, the knife-chopped raw fish have such freshness in their heart that they seem to arrive on the plate still pulsating, the frying is light and harmonious both in shape and taste, you eat well both seafood and land, we exchanged tastings and it seemed that each of us discovered which dish to have next time, it is a cuisine that surprises, to be tried absolutely, the waiting times are a little longer but then it usually happens in these places that are full every night, it is mandatory to book better if with a few days in advance, if you are in a hurry to consume maybe it is not the ideal place but one thing is certain, you will leave there refreshed in taste and soul! 21/06/2025: Together with my girlfriend (Regina), I am traveling in Tuscany and we are staying at different locations. We were looking for a nice, cozy location to go out for dinner, and we certainly succeeded! On Friday evening we arrived without a reservation, that was no problem. Alessio arranged it! In addition to his good service, his other colleagues (whose names I unfortunately do not know), were also very helpful and did everything they could to ensure that you had a nice dinner. The food was served promptly, was very tasty, and the price was very reasonable. Very cozy terrace outside, among the locals with a few tourists. There was also live music with guitar and singing. We were so enthusiastic that we came back on Saturday, and were then also recognized by the staff. Really recommended!
