A place in the heart of Palermo, run by a social enterprise that promotes food as a tool for dialogue between people and different cultures. A true experience. A very characteristic place, abundant and tasty dishes, derived from a mix of gastronomic cultures that have merged together. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Super nice restaurant, very kind staff and absurd food. Delicious Senegalese Mafe, best falafel I've ever eaten. The meatballs have a sauce that I will dream about at night. The pasta alla norma is also highly recommended. Close to the Ballarò market❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic food and something special that you can't get everywhere. Very friendly staff, it was also incredibly baby friendly :) I highly recommend this restaurant, it's excellent and cool!

Trattoria Il Maestro del Brodo

15/03/2025: Very beautiful room with decoration alternating between modernity and tradition, notably with old and beautiful photos of Palermo. The cuisine is the same image, not knowing how to choose between tradition and modernity. The dishes are tasty. Nice wine and grappa list. Accurate and fast service.
21/02/2025: I return after a few years, and I find the place has changed a lot: very elegant, always excellent food, punctual service. The only flaw: the lights from the ceiling hit you a little in the eyes, but just don't look up... after all, the show is at the table!
