So nice to get a break from pizza and pasta. AND the food was delicious. As vegetarians, we ordered veg cous cous, veg Senegalese mafe, and the hummus. We LOVED the mafe and will definitely be coming back for that.

Lovely little cafe with character off the main streets with a pretty back drop. The service was the best part of our lunch here. We tried the Tunisian Brick which was okay - the wine was delicious.

Moltivolti is a welcoming place where you can enjoy ethnic and Mediterranean dishes cooked with love and quality ingredients. Enveloping atmosphere, corners treated with attention and creativity. Professional and friendly service. On the walls there are works of art (but not only... the whole place is full of artistic interventions that go well with the philosophy of the place) and photographic exhibitions, plants that delicately intersect with the environment, making it even more interesting. Also suitable for families and large groups (changing table available in the bathroom and seats at the table for the little ones), accessible to all (there are no architectural barriers), highly recommended! There are also tables outside. The mafe' and couscous are delicious!

We were staying in Palermo, wanted some good food and found this place. Through some alleyways we got to the place and it is definitely worth the hype! Food was really good, I had the Senegalese mafa and it was the best food I had all trip! We also got the kebab and it was really tasty aswell, maybe a bit to little meat in comparison to salad, but we were not complaining! Definitely come here if your staying in Palermo, happy that I tried the food. The place has a really cool vibe aswell!
