Molo87 restaurant In Cosenza

My partner and I ate at the pier a few days ago. She'd told me about perfectly prepared, high-quality dishes. And so it was: the fish was delicious and the attention to detail was evident; the chef's passion was evident. We also received attentive and friendly service. The manager (I think it was him) was truly delightful; in addition to telling us all about the dishes and wines, he also offered us an extra glass of rosé (excellent), which I would have definitely had if I hadn't been able to drink these days. At the end of the meal, another pleasant surprise: dessert on the house (thank you so much again). We ordered two fish tastings and were thrilled and full. I loved the fried fish, which was excellent (just a little more drying needed to achieve perfection). We'll definitely be back to try the paccheri al cedro, which I'm very curious about. P.S. Note to the manager: Thanks again for the pleasant evening, and sorry I didn't thank you properly, but I was exhausted. We will definitely be back!
