I'm back. I can confirm the excellent calamari with lobster.
I was disappointed by the variety of appetizers. Presented as an assortment on the menu, it seemed a bit limited.

We went for lunch and had a great meal: fish appetizer, mixed fried fish, and grilled fish, all plentiful for 7 people. For me, it's worth stopping for both lunch and dinner.

We went with high expectations but then very disappointed, the raw fish was poorly cleaned with shrimp intestines and oysters were not up to the standard of the place that wants to be, the grilled food was the same with uncleaned shrimp and overcooked fish, not to mention the desserts, we will not be returning.

Practical location and elegant, well-maintained setting.
The restaurant aims to position itself for affluent customers, and perhaps it has succeeded, but... as a restaurant enthusiast and former restaurateur, I find the prices disproportionate for what they offer.
The wine list is impressive, but even here, the prices are no joke.
The service, however, needs a lot of work, with some added warmth and friendliness.

One of the best restaurants you can eat at. Exceptional food, service and experience.
I had to salute the chef Kley as I’ve never tasted food that exceptional in my life. He’s really an artist in what he does.

Ottima esperienza in una zona di Empoli dove fuori dai luoghi comuni. Il locale è molto curato e rifinito. Personale di sala attento e professionale. Emanuele il patron è una persona squisita che sa metterti a tuo agio e molto competente sul cibo. Imperiale di crudo abbondante e ben presentato. Spaghetti alle cicale belli saporiti e al dente veramente. Frittura esagerata e bella croccante. Ricarico vini onestissimo. Ci torneremo presto!!
