Practical location and elegant, well-maintained setting.
The restaurant aims to position itself for affluent customers, and perhaps it has succeeded, but... as a restaurant enthusiast and former restaurateur, I find the prices disproportionate for what they offer.
The wine list is impressive, but even here, the prices are no joke.
The service, however, needs a lot of work, with some added warmth and friendliness.

One of the best restaurants you can eat at. Exceptional food, service and experience.
I had to salute the chef Kley as I’ve never tasted food that exceptional in my life. He’s really an artist in what he does.

Mine is a review of the restaurant only. Initially they get the order of the dishes wrong: first the cooked appetizers and then the raw ones... waiter just the right amount of kindness... but the 4 stars are deserved by the sensational cuisine! I have been to many fish restaurants and this is far above average! I don't give 5 stars only for the location in an industrial area... but again compliments to the chef, it's rare that every dish is so good!

I expected something better… I had heard about it and we tried it with some friends… the location is very suggestive and chic, with a large parking lot, I expected a little more professionalism from the staff… and a little more accuracy in the dishes, the scampi and the prawns were not cleaned of the innards… the ice cream was very good, the pistachio one!

Ottima esperienza in una zona di Empoli dove fuori dai luoghi comuni. Il locale è molto curato e rifinito. Personale di sala attento e professionale. Emanuele il patron è una persona squisita che sa metterti a tuo agio e molto competente sul cibo. Imperiale di crudo abbondante e ben presentato. Spaghetti alle cicale belli saporiti e al dente veramente. Frittura esagerata e bella croccante. Ricarico vini onestissimo. Ci torneremo presto!!

We stopped late Sunday afternoon, the owner Emanuele was there doing some maintenance,
The structure was not open, very kind person, he found us a place to stay for the night, and booked a restaurant nearby. Modern, simple, welcoming and clean structure.

Ristorante molto accogliente,buona cucina e piacevole accoglienza del proprietario, persona disponibile e simpatica. Piatti molto interessati e ben preparati, vasta la scelta dei vini.
