Truly beautiful location with a panoramic view. The rest could be improved. Starting with breakfast, we've had breakfast here several times, and every time, there's always very few croissants available! Always empty and cereal... no chocolate or cream! A bit absurd for a bar. Average service. A place that really has a lot of potential.

A wonderful place to enjoy the lake, food, and drinks. Right on the lake with beautiful panoramic views of the lake and surrounding area. Parking is available in front of the house.

Molo 31 has a magical setting and view, but unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. Staff seem unqualified, and the kitchen is sometimes inexplicably closed. Such a shame, because the place itself is beautiful—just don’t expect a smooth experience

I went there a few days ago for breakfast. The location is wonderful, with a stunning lake view. I was impressed by the very fair price, which I would have expected to be higher given such a beautiful location.

22/11/2025: Enjoy your lunch while waiting for the guided tour of the UNESCO site.
19/11/2025: Beautiful bar with an adjoining restaurant and pizzeria. Both the interior and the outdoor garden are very well decorated. I went there one afternoon and had some desserts and hot drinks, but I promised myself I'd return to try the pizza and the restaurant.

26/08/2025: Very, very good gelato with so many variations and flavors. The only drawback (in a good way) is that such a vast selection often means people take a long time to choose and decide, sometimes forming long lines on busy days and at busy times. It takes patience, but it's worth it.
