Fabulous place, inside a historic mill. Stone walls, exposed beams, and an incredible atmosphere. The cuisine is good, traditional Tuscan, not exceptional, but certainly more than adequate. The service was excellent. One of the waiters kindly took us downstairs to a section of the old mill, complete with fully restored tools and furnishings. A wonderful experience. There were four of us, and we had an all-you-can-eat lunch for €29 per person, excluding drinks and desserts. The portions are intentionally small so you can return multiple times and try a little bit of everything without running the risk of leaving leftovers or uneaten dishes (which would rightfully be charged). You leave the table feeling full and satisfied, and the price is fair. Very good value. Definitely a worthwhile experience.

Drawn here by the various TikToks and Instagram reels, we had high expectations... but we didn't have a great experience. The terrace is definitely worth it, and the service was generally very good. As for the food, it's good that they offer an all-you-can-eat option, but the quality is a bit subpar; a little more attention to detail would make it a truly unique experience. The value for money is definitely good, but I wouldn't go back.

Excellent experience, very refined and charming atmosphere, in the heart of the city next to the main square. It's a shame that we didn't have the pleasure of sitting on the terrace due to bad weather, but we enjoyed the good food inside one of the rooms. There is the option of ordering and doing an all-you-can-eat, but we preferred to order à la carte. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The only negative note was the service was a little slow, but certainly due to the crowds that evening. I recommend it.

We dined on the panoramic terrace in a very intimate atmosphere... The all-you-can-eat menu is fantastic: lots of small samples from the entire menu, which holds some lovely surprises. All the food was delicious, it's already the second time we've been there and the other diners were also pleasantly surprised. WELL DONE!

Excellent experience. We were 2 adults and 2 kids And we really enjoyed this place. All the dishes were very tasty, service was quick and nice. It was fun to try so many different flavours.

Ottima cena in famiglia il primo Maggio in un ambiente che ricorda un vecchio mulino. Abbiamo optato per la formula all you can eat che consente di assaggiare una vasta gamma di pietanze tradizionali toscane senza limiti di quantità.Tutto buonissimo dagli antipasti ai primi e secondi della tradizione toscana. Dopo diversi anni sono tornato in questo locale incuriosito dalla proposta AL YOU CAN EAT anche se non sono un grande amante di queste opzioni. Locale curato, suggestivo, caldo e pulito per i miei gusti unica nota dolente l incenso dentro il locale che per me da noia. Servizio molto curato, rapido, eseguito dal personale abbastanza preparato e al tempo stesso molto disponibile per spiegare o consigliare. Eravamo 3 adulti e abbiamo preso quasi tutto dal menù in quanto le porzioni, per chi sceglie ALL YOU CAN EAT, sono molto piccole ma io ho fatto i complimenti perché ho potuto assaggiare tante cose. Per mia scelta non ho preso nessun primo ma il mio amico, dopo aver provato i pici all aglione, mi ha assicurato che si trattava di un piatto ben fatto. Buoni gli antipasti, ottime le zuppe, sfiozisw le coccole, le vedure fritte non mi hanno fatto impazzire, deliziosi i secondi dove assolutamente vanno provate la gota alla Colligiana e il peposo accompagnati da patate al forno belle aromatizzate. Onestamente tornerò perché si mangia veramente bene cucina Toscana con medio alta qualità delle materie prime.
