Mokita In Torino

In beautiful Turin in Piazza San Carlo there is Caffè Mokita. A very welcoming place, small inside but with style, elegant, well-kept and very clean. A place where if you sit in the Deor you can admire the magnificent and historic Piazza San Carlo. I had the opportunity to visit this place several times during my Christmas holidays in Turin and I was pleasantly struck by the kindness and professionalism of the The waiters and bartenders are really friendly and offer you an excellent welcome. From the café to the cappuccino and the cocktails together with the appetizers, everything is excellent.. I highly recommend it🥰

This cafe just off the piazza has an interesting Art Deco feel to it. While we initially thought it was going to be quite expensive, the food we ordered (open focaccia sandwiches) came in huge portions and was very tasty.

We had a quick lunch here on our visit to Turin. The service was good and very friendly. I had the ham and cheese toast and it was very good. Nice atmosphere. Located right in the Piazza San Carlo. We enjoyed our visit.

BURGLAR ALERT AT MOKITA COFFEE! My father and his partner were victims of a sudden and devastating theft. During an aperitif SITTING in the outdoor area of ​​the bar they STOLE the handbag containing mobile phones, wallets, documents and essential goods, despite it being well hidden under a jacket and a scarf. Returning to the bar after making a report, they discovered that it was not an isolated case: that same Sunday, October 27, three other people had already been robbed (said by the WAITERS at the bar and they also knew who the criminals were). I make this review to warn future customers of this bar to be careful because there is no warning. In a busy place, where these episodes seem frequent, a warning could help avoid these terrible experiences!

Essen nicht ganz schlecht, aber keine 4 Sterne wert. Service freundlich, aber unaufmerksam, kein Brot mit serviert, nicht auf die Gäste geachtet, keine Aufmerksamkeiten wie sonst in Italien üblich. Preise etwas günstiger als in den Restaurants drum herum, aber angesichts der Qualität zu hoch.
