An absolutely perfect stay at Historic Guesthouse BIRCHER B&B Apart Hotel! From arrival to departure, everything was impeccable. We were welcomed with exceptional kindness and warmth by a lovely family who do everything to make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, harmoniously blending tradition and modernity. Comfort is guaranteed, and the atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming. The breakfast is simply magnificent: varied, generous, and made with high-quality products. A true pleasure every morning! Special mention also goes to the small grocery store on the ground floor, an excellent idea that adds even more charm and convenience to the stay. We had an incredible time, filled with serenity and conviviality. A huge thank you for this unforgettable experience; we will return with great pleasure!

A family-run establishment that truly makes you feel at home. The staff is friendly and professional. We spent two unforgettable days. Recommended for anyone with a pet with a disability. The owners are always available, even for our pets... which is no small thing. Thank you for everything. You gave us two fantastic days.

We felt very comfortable at the Historic Guesthouse Bircher! The room was clean, spacious, and cozy. We also had a fantastic view of the mountains. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. And the breakfast was simply delicious, with a very wide selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and of course, South Tyrolean specialties. There was also freshly squeezed orange juice and excellent, freshly brewed coffee specialties.

A beautiful family-run property. 18 apartments where nothing is missing. You truly feel at home. The owner, Giuditta, is a helpful and kind all-rounder. The apartment where we stayed was spotless and spacious, with sunlight flooding in from every angle. The breakfast was as rich as any I've seen, even in superior hotels. And to top it all, pets are welcome, with a final cleaning fee of up to €40, even if you have four small to medium-sized pets. Highly recommended.

I just arrived, but I'm leaving the 5 stars straight away, even though I still have to have breakfast tomorrow. 😅 The property is truly splendid in every way (from the exterior to the lobby, to the lounges with sofas, to the rooms with fantastic bathrooms, etc.), and the staff is super welcoming. They even left deluxe bowls for my dogs in my room. 🤣🤣🤣 I was able to have coffee at the bar in the afternoon, along with an excellent Sacher torte and even freshly whipped cream made with milk from the Vipiteno dairy (and it was really good 😁). I also found the prices to be affordable. In short, it makes you want to extend your stay when, unfortunately, you're just passing through and so many other places should just follow this example... I will 100% return! 😎❤️ Edit: 18-star breakfast 😁

Highly recommended! The rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast 10/10. It's hard to improve on this! Coffee, pastries, omelettes, fresh fruit all excellent quality☺️Also the staff is very friendly.
