We stayed at the Hotel-Residence der Bircher for 4 days, we had a nice apartment with a bedroom and living room with a kitchenette, it must have been recently renovated as everything still looks pretty new. The breakfast is a dream, we definitely spent half an hour longer at breakfast than at other hotels, and the cake in the afternoon was also really tasty.

Perfect for anyone, family, couples & single. I’ve been here for a while. The rooms are amazing, basically little apartments with a stove and kitchen tools so can easily cook there. There’s a parking area, free washing machine, a bar and an outdoor area. The hosts are also very kind, available and helpful.

We were there to drink coffee and eat cake/ice cream and then treated ourselves to some wine. Very friendly service and beautiful location.

Traveling by motorbike with friends we returned to this hotel after 6 years. Historic structure with spacious, well-kept and spotlessly clean rooms/apartments. Breakfast top notch.

We celebrated my 50th birthday here and it was perhaps the best vacation of our lives. The hotel is simply beautiful and furnished with a lot of love down to the smallest detail, everything is very clean, the thick walls offer a pleasantly cool climate even in the heat of the day, the view is amazing, you can park right in the courtyard, there's plenty in the afternoon Coffee and cake, there is a small general store, fresh wheat beer on tap and the two owners, Judith and Florian, are the nicest hosts we have ever met. All in all: it was perfect and we spent 5 unforgettable days here - for the first, but certainly not the last time ❤️☀️

This year we had the pleasure of spending part of our holiday in this wonderful hotel for the third time and can warmly recommend it! From the first minute we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who created an incredibly family atmosphere. You immediately feel at home. We would particularly like to emphasize the family-friendliness of the house. Our little son was thrilled by the many little touches and the small play area that was available. This also makes breakfast a little easier for the parents if the little one can no longer sit still. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated - a real place to feel good and relax. Another highlight is the rich breakfast buffet, which leaves nothing to be desired. Fresh, regional products and a large selection ensure a perfect start to the day. In the afternoon we really enjoyed relaxing with coffee and cake. The various South Tyrolean delicacies can be enjoyed in a pleasant atmosphere on the beautiful terrace. We will definitely come back and can recommend Bircher to anyone who values ​​warmth, cleanliness and a wide range of leisure activities. This is a wonderful place to spend a longer vacation or even a stopover on the way south.

Wonderful family-run accommodation in the immediate vicinity of Vipiteno and the Brenner Pass… The hotel with its really beautiful, lovingly furnished rooms/apartments is a real recommendation. Everything was super clean!!! The breakfast in particular is incredibly great and varied... with freshly prepared egg dishes, various sausage specialties, breads, rolls, fruit, coffee specialties and so on 😘 And Judith, Florian, Anna and the whole Bircher team really do everything to make every guest feel like a little king/queen. We always like to come back!!! Great tours in the surrounding area: Ratschings, Ladurns, Rosskopf, lots of mountain railways and the Brenner Outlet. Really great, highly recommended tour to the Aglsbodenalm! We'll be back 😘😉😘
