A true pearl of taste and refinement! It was one of the most delightful culinary experiences in Salento. Each dish tells a story of authentic local flavors, the freshest ingredients, and exceptional care in preparation. A true triumph for the palate! The seafood and mixed appetizers are simply delicious: balanced flavors, elegant presentation, and a freshness that can be tasted in every bite. Moi Moi won us over from the first bite. The fish dishes are surprising in their quality and refinement. We sampled an octopus with potatoes that to call excellent is an understatement: tender, flavorful, perfectly balanced. The pasta dishes also exceeded all expectations: my son devoured the sagne al sugo con le meatballi in an instant, a masterpiece of simplicity and deliciousness. Every course left us thrilled. The restaurant is tastefully and elegantly furnished, offering a relaxing atmosphere far from the chaos of touristy waterfront restaurants, where unfortunately, in most cases, professionalism and quality are lacking. Here, you can sense a passion for cooking and customer service. The owner is professional, courteous, and attentive to every detail: his love for his work is clearly evident. In short: a restaurant you'll return to without hesitation, ideal for those seeking an authentic and refined gastronomic experience, far from the hustle and bustle. Congratulations!
