Moė, in my opinion, is THE Japanese restaurant par excellence!
Everything is always very fresh, and the owner, whom I met a few years ago, truly puts her heart and soul into running it. As she told me, she personally selects top-quality ingredients, and I assure you, it shows. She also often introduces variations on dishes that are hard to find in other restaurants of this type. Always very kind and friendly, and many compliments once again to the owners and the young people who work with them.

A unique experience for the quality of the food, very fresh and with just the right portions, the sushi rice is cooked to perfection and the unusual combinations of flavors and colors make it a delicacy! The raw fish is delicious, with an exciting flavor between salmon and pesto, it's not cloying because it becomes a perfect marriage even. The fried food is light and tasty!! Clean place and the staff are always present and friendly!

I went for lunch; we ate à la carte because we didn't want to eat too much. It's not one of my favorite places; I've been there before. It's not one of those places you keep coming back to; I've never felt welcomed. Some of the food is truly excellent, some has no real flavor, and some is terrible. The place is very nice and well-kept. I don't think the waiters speak Italian, because I tried asking for a few things but got no answer; I don't think they understood me. If you like sashimi and tartar, this isn't the place for you; they're better at making rolls.
