The location is very nice, allowing you to take the bus and tram directly into the city. The parking price is reasonable at €10 per day. On the other hand, the pool isn't listed as a paid service when you book your room, and it is... €12 per day... The breakfast is pleasant but quite empty at 9 a.m.

An outdated hotel in urgent need of a thorough renovation. Everything feels old, worn, and somewhat unclean. The outdoor pool, added later to make the hotel more appealing, can only be accessed from outside via the main entrance, requiring guests to walk through the lobby in swimwear—an uncomfortable experience. Note: Use of the pool and the underground parking incurs additional fees. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Decent hotel, functional rooms, nothing special. Unheated pool, even if you book the room, €8 half-day or €12 full-day. Guest parking, €10/day. Well, a bit of a shame for a supposedly 4-star hotel...

The location is very good, a stone's throw from the terminus of tram 14 Lorenteggio Duomo. The structure is beautiful but the rooms in particular are poorly maintained. "MORE MAINTENANCE NEEDED" Friendly and helpful staff.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. The first two times I had a good experience - helpful staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts. Unfortunately, the third time was simply shocking. Everything has changed. Having booked a room, as always, I was given a room for people with disabilities. I barely persuaded them to change the room for an additional fee. When checking out, I left my Prada shoes in the room, remembered them 2 days later, wrote to the hotel, and still have not received an answer. My friend from Milan called the hotel several times, but did not receive a clear answer about the pair of shoes she left behind, or rather, after a long argument, she was told that nothing was found in the room. Which means that the hotel is simply stealing and the staff is doing it. The staff was rude, without apologies or regrets. I do not recommend the hotel!

9km from Milan Central, by taxi is around 30-40 €. Nice and quiet area. Room is clean.
