The room was stable, and the price was just over 2,000 NTD, which I felt was a good deal. However, the tax for a four-star hotel in Milan is already 10 euros per person.

Excellent hotel. The breakfast and room service were top-notch. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The housekeeping service was excellent and the staff very friendly. Located in a fairly quiet area with good public transport connections. We had a pleasant stay, thank you!

Nice hotel, good rooms with comfortable beds. We stayed here for two nights with our family while traveling through. There's a nice pool for cooling off. Breakfast was fine, but nothing special.

I stayed at IH Hotels Milano Lorenteggio for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience there. The Hotel is about 25 min by car from the city's downtown and the main touristic attractions, which is not far but could be closer. The room is OK, bed is comfortable, shower is broad and cousy. The air conditioning was strange, didn't seem like it was working properly. But since it was winter, I didn't have much need for it. The service was the highest remark of my stay. The waiters at the restaurant were very polite and pleasing. I do have to take my hat off to Willy and Giulio from the reception, I had an issue with my flight back and had to extend my stay for one more day, and they were able to help me so much with the issues I was facing with the travel agency. Not only they were very helpful, but they also made an experience that otherwise would be very stressful and bothersome, into a funny and chilled time. Would definitely come back!

Was a long flight came late, but an excellent service and hospitality from the front desk team, Miss Monica and Mr. Willy Help me to get a very comfortable room. Great service by the team, appreciate. Keep up the good work, and I strongly recommend and appreciate the service.

Reservation made through Booking.com. The parking lot underneath the hotel is convenient, accessible by elevator, making it easily accessible for those with mobility issues or wheelchairs. We booked a double room with French beds, which were a bit narrow, to be honest. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast, which we paid for separately, was good and catered to all tastes. The wait staff was friendly and tried to accommodate everyone's needs.

No Smart TV, the rest is a huge plus!🥳

We were looking for a hotel near the motorway with (secure) parking as a stopover on our way to Genoa, since the car was fully loaded. We also wanted good public transport connections to the city center, yet a quiet location. And the room had to have a window that could be opened – quite a lot to ask... But let me say upfront, everything worked out perfectly :-) Getting to the hotel was quite easy, and the car was safely parked in the underground garage (€10.00/night). The hotel doesn't have any outdoor parking spaces. Street parking is also available.
