The hotel is good and the rooms are clean.
The pool is clean.
The breakfast is very good. The reception staff is friendly. I must mention that there is a nice and helpful Arabic receptionist who helped us translate.

Clean hotel, meeting our expectations for a family stay.
Little extra: connecting rooms.
Friendly staff.
Easy access to the city center, with buses and trams right outside the hotel.
It's a shame the pool costs money.
I recommend it.

I received a more than deplorable welcome from the receptionist. She was very angry, no smile, no hello, nothing more. She spoke to me in English as if I was an Anglo-Saxon. She wanted to make me pay for things I didn't understand, but luckily her colleague was super nice and understanding.

The price-value ratio is absolutely correct. Apart from a couple of minor cosmetic flaws in the room, everything was perfect.

A highly recommended hotel, although a bit far from the historic center, it is well connected to public transportation. Very good value for money.

The location is very nice, allowing you to take the bus and tram directly into the city.
The parking price is reasonable at €10 per day.
On the other hand, the pool isn't listed as a paid service when you book your room, and it is...
€12 per day...
The breakfast is pleasant but quite empty at 9 a.m.

An outdated hotel in urgent need of a thorough renovation. Everything feels old, worn, and somewhat unclean. The outdoor pool, added later to make the hotel more appealing, can only be accessed from outside via the main entrance, requiring guests to walk through the lobby in swimwear—an uncomfortable experience.
Note: Use of the pool and the underground parking incurs additional fees.
I cannot recommend this hotel.

30 min to the center but that is doable, plenty of taxis
