Nice hotel but vey far from city centre . Has good connectivity with public transport

My stay at this hotel was simply perfect! The rooms were clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. But what really made the difference was the staff: special thanks to Dayana, Silvia, and Jessica, who were always kind, smiling, and available for any need. They made my experience even more enjoyable with their professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to feel pampered and welcomed. I will definitely be back!

Nice hotel with a nice breakfast and parking for 10 euros per day

The hotel is good and the rooms are clean. The pool is clean. The breakfast is very good. The reception staff is friendly. I must mention that there is a nice and helpful Arabic receptionist who helped us translate.

Clean hotel, meeting our expectations for a family stay. Little extra: connecting rooms. Friendly staff. Easy access to the city center, with buses and trams right outside the hotel. It's a shame the pool costs money. I recommend it.

I received a more than deplorable welcome from the receptionist. She was very angry, no smile, no hello, nothing more. She spoke to me in English as if I was an Anglo-Saxon. She wanted to make me pay for things I didn't understand, but luckily her colleague was super nice and understanding.

The price-value ratio is absolutely correct. Apart from a couple of minor cosmetic flaws in the room, everything was perfect.
