Environment a bit noisy and crowded. When they bring the dish is not clear if it is what you ordered . Can happen also they forget to bring something. Toilette door was not working well for closing. Food was good and without limit. Depending on the table the view is beautiful.

I told the girl with the tablet that a dish was missing, she confirmed it, but after a long time it still hadn't arrived, I also asked her about the desserts and she told me they would come back; nothing arrived, despite having also told the person who served the drinks and wines. But nothing arrived. We got up and went to the cash register, perhaps even passing the waitress with our last dish!? but by now I had decided that our lunch was over, I explained all this to the waitress who didn't say anything, not caring about my complaints. This was the second and last time for us. You will definitely not fail, but you will no longer have us as customers. You have to improve and pay more attention to customers, but I think your goal is to make up the numbers. Good luck

After having been to Mizumi many times and after having tried almost all the "you can eat" options in Ponte Tresa and the surrounding area, I can say that Mizumi is absolutely the best of all.
Apart from the quality of the dishes, in my opinion what distinguishes it from others is the quality of the service.
Last time there were so many waiters I couldn't count them, all very kind. You can perceive that they have a peaceful working environment and are happy to work there, unlike what you see in other places.
For this reason I congratulate the management who has chosen this company policy, not to save on staff in order to enrich themselves a little more.
Congratulations also to the kitchen staff and sushi man, who always manage to manage a huge quantity of orders in a short time.
Mizumi is not just an all you can eat, it's a real restaurant.
