The place is really wow, lake view. Too bad about the too much noise, dishes, waiters, after half an hour you get dizzy. Food okay. Everything very clean and also fast Definitely worth visiting but in a different period, where perhaps fewer people lead to a different rhythm and therefore less chaos.

An elegant restaurant in a beautiful setting. A beautiful dinner overlooking the lake. The dishes are not exaggerated enough to try different dishes and you can eat as much as you want if when you finish everything you ordered then order more. Very good.

Good quality sushi. Kind (and very efficient) staff. Very crowded/ popular restaurant which makes it a quite noisy. Kids loved their panda icecream dessert.

As soon as we moved it was our first sushi (Ponte Tresa) and we always went there, delicious food, very welcoming and nice place, it was our favorite place until this evening. After my misunderstanding regarding the "special dishes", I don't remember the description of how to order this type of dish, however I have a duty to show respect to the homes of others and apologize for the "mistake" of having misread, but I repeat I don't remember if the description wasn't already clear, shortly after at the moment of payment the girl who served us at the checkout was super rude and grumpy, if she had had the chance she would have thrown the POS and the receipt. I also worked as a waitress for almost 10 years and despite having had to deal with customers who were worse than the worst, which I wouldn't wish on anyone, I always put kindness first. I was the one who came home satisfied with their work, because I didn't it involves no additional energy in responding well or badly to the customer regardless of the situation, but above all if the customer has been respectful I think it comes naturally to be friendly otherwise it is not the correct use. So exquisite and refined food, which stands out for its diversity from all the other restaurants as always, shame about the bitter cherry at the end. I'm sorry but never again...

The restaurant is very beautiful and the view of the lake is truly suggestive. However, the food has lost some of the quality it had in the past. Once upon a time I would have sworn that he was the best of all, but now he can no longer reach the same levels.

All these people who complain here should stay at home. The negative reviews have neither hand nor foot. Someone complains about raw food...I've never had cooked sushi. then someone because he was asked to keep his meal time. The concept of the restaurant is so that many guests can be entertained. Sono già stata altre volte qui a mangiare e devo dire che le pietanze sono sempre al top! Il personale altrettanto ☺️ Questa volta però ci hanno dato un tavolo in una sala dove bisogna salire delle scale e ahimè per mia sfortuna, non c’era un passamano sui lati, dal momento che ho subìto un’operazione alla gamba, ed è stato grazie al supporto della mia amica che sono riuscita a salire le scale. Ci ritorno sempre volentieri, anche per la scelta del Menù " All‘ you can Eat" che lo trovo fantastico.
