I recently had the opportunity to dine at the aforementioned restaurant, and I can only confirm the quality of the culinary experience offered: the environment is large, bright, tidy and impeccably clean. The menu, varied and well-structured, offers excellent dishes, with fresh and well-prepared ingredients; a real pleasure for the palate. However, what slightly affected the overall pleasantness of the evening did not concern the food, but rather a human aspect that, in my opinion, deserves attention. A glance was enough to notice a detail that probably escapes most customers: the faces of the staff, especially those employed behind the counter, betrayed evident fatigue, a deep, almost debilitating tiredness. While the restaurant manager lingered in the room, apparently uninterested in the operational dynamics, intent on sipping drinks and checking his phone, the staff appeared tired, overwhelmed by work rhythms that seemed to be at the limit of sustainability. I recognize the value of service and the quality of the gastronomic offer, but I believe that an excellent restaurant must be excellent not only for the customers, but also for those who work there. Care for the human environment is an integral part of the excellence of a business. I sincerely hope that the management can reflect on this aspect and adopt more equitable and respectful measures towards a staff that, although visibly tried, continues to guarantee an impeccable service.

Saturday lunch. The place was full but still quiet. The waiters were fast, helpful and smiling. The food was good. The fish was fresh. The location was clean and welcoming.

Very nice restaurant, yet stressful. The principle is very good: you order what you want and eat as much as you want. The time limit is unpleasant; as soon as we arrived, we were told, "You have two hours, then you have to clear up." They want to serve as much as possible, and it shows with the servers running around everywhere. We placed our first order, which arrived fairly quickly. You have to agree to share because everything arrives grouped together on the plates. It makes the dinner more convivial, at least :) The second order was slower, and we were nearing the end of the time limit. In the end, they don't throw you out, but there's still the stress of keeping track of time, plus the servers running around everywhere. The servers were kind and attentive. The restaurant was still very noisy.

I had booked for my birthday I had requested a table with a lake view I was very happy because the places were sold out but in the end they satisfied me and gave me a table with a lake view. I'll just say one thing, all you can eat sushi with a lake view for 23 euros! Everything was excellent!

Esta ubicación es inmejorable. Los precios y la calidad son perfectos. Todos aquellos que escriben mala reputación deben quedarse en casa. No hay nada, realmente nada que mejorar. Este restaurante es mi favorito en el Tesino.

Arrivo da solo, senza prenotazione, a pranzo di domenica. La posizione é stupenda, direttamente sul golfo di Lavena - Ponte Tresa, immediatamente dopo la dogana Italiana. La sala da pranzo é molto luminosa, con grande finestra fronte lago. Vengo accolto con cortesia e sollecitudine da personale misto, asiatico e occidentale. Inizialmente mi viene destinato un tavolo in una saletta semi - interrata, dopo qualche supplica ricevo un tavolo bellissimo, fronte lago. Il pesce crudo é trattato dai cuochi a vista, l'aspetto é pulito e ordinato. Si compila l'ordinazione iscrivendo su un foglio il numero della pietanza, semplice e pratico, anche per i non avvezzi all'informatica! Il servizio é sollecito, anche se i piatti caldi si fanno un pò attendere, rispetto a quelli freddi. La formula é quella solita nei ristoranti asiatici, "all you can eat". Tutti i piatti sono molto gustosi, in particolare ottimo sushi e sashimi. Il prezzo é leggermente più alto della media dei ristoranti asiatici ma corretto, considerata l'ottima qualità, la posizione e la... vicinanza alla Svizzera! Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente, se confermata il locale meriterà l'eccellenza.
