Super good sushi, the best quality/price ratio in the Moline/Indipendenza area

I've only been to Miyako twice, the first to eat, the second to check if I was just lucky the first. An astonishing quality, in the end we were anxious about having to pay dish by dish because we didn't believe that such quality could be all you can eat. As for the raw fish, the first time it was sensational, the second time the tuna wasn't phenomenal and the prawn didn't smell good but the salmon was butter (perhaps the best I've ever eaten). I therefore recommend ordering a small portion of each and checking the freshness and goodness on that particular day. Seared tuna and salmon with sesame seeds and really good citrus water, a drug. Light and super tasty ravioli (special mention for the prawn one since they actually taste like prawns, which is rare). Light fried and all easy to digest. Price more than honest for the quality and in any case in line with the competition. Absolutely recommended and for me the best sushi in Bologna or at least in the centre!

An all-around great Asian/Japanese restaurant. This is what happens when quality products, skilled hands, fast service and affordable prices are combined. Unlimited selection from the menu, excluding drinks and dessert, costs 18.9 euros.

Very good quality and variety of food, all super fresh. All the staff very friendly. An excellent all you can eat option in the center of Bologna a few steps from Piazza Maggiore

All you can eat sushi in the center of Bologna very good, we tried various dishes and were satisfied. The location and the venue are very well done. We paid around 20 euros per person.

The restaurant is very nice, with a very particular setting that recalls typical Japanese/Chinese restaurants. The food is excellent and of high quality. It arrives in a short time. There is also the all you can eat function, the cost of which varies from weekend to weekdays, from lunch to dinner.

I took the all-you-can-eat. The miso soup has little to no taste, a lot of tofu though. The dumplings particularly the xiao long bao was dry without the soup inside anymore. The tempura has no taste, thanks to the sauce I was able to push it in. However, the fried rice with shrimp was very good (i missed asia for a moment). The sashimi was also good. The fried chicken was really tender.

Very positive experience. Fast service, consistent with schedules, but always great kindness and availability. Really good quality of food as well as opportunities not found in other restaurants such as salad with raw fish. I haven't tried Chinese cuisine...but from the menu they look like interesting options.
