Miyabi In Bergamo

The quality of the fish is excellent as is the variety of choice. Very good flavors and combinations. Friendly and non-intrusive dining room staff. Prices of desserts a little high. The only big flaw is the proximity to the other tables, too close to each other.

Small place in the center of Bergamo, the tables are a bit narrow but the truly exceptional sushi is worth it. Attentive and kind staff.

We came to this place by pure chance and the truth is that we loved it. Quality nigiris, with fish and brutal rice. Totally recommended.

Fantastic experience😎 From the exterior to the interior, the restaurant was very clean and had a great atmosphere. The owner and all the staff were extremely friendly and kind. Since I didn’t have a reservation, I sat at the bar. Although I don’t speak Italian and found it a bit difficult to read the menu, sitting close to where the food was being prepared turned out to be even better. I could ask the staff directly and get help with my order. The open kitchen was very clean, and the chefs preparing sushi were incredibly organised. Every dish was fantastic. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that the menu had so many items with similar names that it was hard to tell the difference between them. Also, the specials written on the wall had no English description, and I didn’t realise they were available until later. However, when I saw someone else’s dish, the owner kindly explained what it was and helped me order it. My favourite dishes were the raw shrimp nigiri and the special menu topped with scallops and caviar. Highly recommend this place!👍🏻

Narrow place, average food but exaggerated prices, especially little choice for gluten-free, I understand that there is the issue of contamination, but if a dish includes sauces and tempura you can't limit me by telling me that just remove the ingredients or get the sushi more basic of everything, in my head as an intolerant person (obviously not by choice) since it is a high-end restaurant, at the very least you should make me gluten-free tempura and sauces too (not just soy).

Sempre ottimo il cibo. Da migliorare il coordinamento della preparazione dei cibi che arrivano al tavolo talvolta con ritardo che comporta che non tutti al tavolo mangino contemporaneamente.

Torniamo dopo un po’ di tempo ma ritroviamo gli stessi sapori e lo stesso livello di servizio. Abbiamo mangiato al bancone davanti ai cuochi e provato il menu degustazione che promoviamo tutto a parte l’uramaki a olio caldo dello chef che e’ un po’ estraneo da quello che vorremmo in una serata sushi. Tutte le altre portate molto buone, a partire dall’insalata kaiseki freschissima e saporita, nighiri e ovviamente uramaki special. Servizio attento , rapido e gentile. Prezzi ottimi considerando la qualità riscontrata. Super consigliato
