Although it is an Asian food restaurant, it is quite localized, such as adding soy sauce to the dumplings and making the stir-fried udon taste like it was made with a ketchup base. I think this may be why the evaluations are polarized because it feels somewhat awkward to Asians. Personally, it wasn't bad, but it's a restaurant that seems to have quite different opinions. And the service and atmosphere are average compared to nearby restaurants. There were so many people that the employees were so distracted that they made mistakes when ordering, but I didn't get the impression that they were particularly unfriendly.

Everything has changed: menu, location, etc. but the food is still good and the guys are very kind.

Workers didn't seem welcoming but food was fine /bit salty for my taste/. Loved that they got bubble tea.

Sakagura - Ristorante Giapponese

13/07/2024: Excellent quality food, spotlessly clean kitchen and quiet environments. Nice and fast service. It is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Florence. I recommend the ebi tempura uramaki (n.50), the miso soup, and the huramaki (very large and really delicious).
