We have known the Taverna Latina and the family that runs it all our lives....I know, we are biased....
The place is expertly directed and managed by Stefano, who does the honors of the house.
The dining room staff is always very attentive to customer needs.
Wide choice on the menu, pizza, traditional Roman first courses, etc.
Excellent desserts.
A further strong point is represented by the treats, appetizers, cold cuts and the like which then open up to the main courses.
The mixed frying deserves special mention
There's no point in continuing... the food is very good....

A certainty of the Appio-Latino neighborhood. The place is welcoming and well looked after. The service is impeccable and is guaranteed by a young, professional and smiling staff. The food is excellent in terms of quality and variety of culinary offerings. The only aspect that could be tried to improve is the soundproofing of the main room which when full, and this happens often, can be a bit noisy, but that's the classic nitpick.

I had dinner at Taverna Latina on Friday 31 January, I found a very welcoming environment, exquisite food and above all infinitely polite staff. I had a good time and will definitely return with my friends.
