09/03/2026: The service was impeccable, with all the waiters polite and helpful. The dishes we received didn't meet our expectations, from the flavor to the cooking. As a pregnant woman, I specifically asked for a burger well done and only grilled vegetables (the first time it arrived with a lot of salad on the same plate; everyone knows that raw vegetables and raw meat increase the risk of toxoplasmosis). The second time, it arrived visibly raw inside (I asked for it to be cooked a little longer). The third time, I received a completely CHARRED burger. I struggled to cut it; pieces were flying everywhere, and we all laughed about it. The grilled vegetables, offered as a side dish on the menu, were truly meager: three slices of eggplant and three slices of zucchini. My friends' octopus was extremely salty and rubbery, and my companion's spaghetti was inedible. Again, there was a problem with the cooking of my friend's Danish pastry, which was supposed to be medium-well, but she decided not to ask, clearly embarrassed by the burger incident. On the plus side: excellent pinsa, cleanliness of the place, and short wait. And I repeat, the dining room staff was IMPECCABLE. And I appreciated the waitress's willingness to remedy unpleasant incidents with kind and polite manners. I don't usually leave negative reviews—just look at my profile as a local guide—but I think my experience can be helpful.
