I expected something more tied to their traditions, I found it a bit pretentious. And also a bit masterchef! However, very kind staff and location in the mountains, splendid! Prices a bit high.

Fantastic experience. Starting from the welcome entrée up to the last course.
Among the appetizers, the Piedmontese mix is certainly an excellent choice, rich in high quality, artisanal products. As for the second courses, I highly recommend the fassona steak with blue toma fondue, in my opinion truly exquisite. In the selection of desserts it stands out from many other places, offering, in addition to the more classic desserts, a mix of cheeses accompanied by honey. In my case this concluded an excellent lunch in the best possible way. Among other things, the whole meal is accompanied by an excellent artisanal herb-flavoured butter.

We had dinner in this small, well-kept restaurant in a wonderful village with a mountain view! What we ate was very good, well prepared dishes. The portions are not excessively large, but by sharing the starters, a second course and a dessert each we left decidedly full.
The road to reach the restaurant is characteristic, parking is difficult and imaginative.
The only flaw, we were in the first shift (7pm/9.30pm) and towards the end we felt the (legitimate) rush of the staff, who were always friendly.
