A welcoming and meticulously maintained restaurant, with an informal yet consistently pleasant atmosphere. The cuisine combines simplicity and flavor: fragrant and delicious schiaccine, rich and well-seasoned bruschetta, and a truly fabulous homemade tiramisu, perfectly creamy and with an authentic flavor.

A pleasant experience. A friend recommended this place, and it lived up to our expectations. We loved the rustic atmosphere as well as the dishes. The menu may seem limited, but the options (schiaccine and bruschetta) are delicious and appetizing, with an endless variety of options. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The wait staff is kind and helpful. We were very satisfied and will be returning more often.

I returned last night after a very long time. My friends and I couldn't have found a better place for a last-minute dinner: a table in the outdoor garden in a neat and clean environment, quiet enough to chat. And the schiacciate, as usual, were excellent! A sure thing.

A charming and quaint place. The food is very good and the prices are very fair! The atmosphere was really pleasant. The only downside is the limited vegetarian options, but otherwise, I highly recommend it!

After more than 20 years I returned to Mistura Fina… and I immediately regretted it took me so long! A historic place, with a typical and rustic atmosphere, but with a truly surprising quality of raw materials. The homemade pink sauce is simply unique: creamy, tasty, unmistakable. The choice of bruschetta is wide and tasty, all with attention to detail and generous portions. A note of merit also for the schiacciata, prepared by hand and with a taste that is difficult to forget. A sincere place, which focuses on quality and true flavor. I will return very soon. Must try!
