Che Mistura Fin sia un ristorante, un pub, una bruschetteria o un bar non è ben definito. Mistura Fina è la "grotta" segreta dove rintanarsi con amici o famiglia e passare una splendida serata avvolti da un'atmosfera calda, esemplarmente calda e ferma nel tempo. Ottime bruschette e schiaccine croccantissime, sapientemente farcite, originali e altamente digeribili (impasto veramente unico nel suo genere). Prezzi contenuti e onesti, anche nelle bevande. Per questo motivo Mistura Fina è un luogo dov'è obbligatoria una visita! E mi raccomando, non cambiate nulla, non trasformate e non rendete moderna nemmeno una mattonella dell'ingresso altrimenti tutto perde di magia. Complimenti di cuore anche per la bella compagnia, il sorriso e la voglia di raccontarsi che non è mai mancata. Arrivederci a presto!

Excellent bruschettas and very crunchy schiaccine, expertly stuffed, original and highly digestible (truly one-of-a-kind dough). Low and honest prices, even for drinks. For this reason Mistura Fina is a place where a visit is obligatory! And please, don't change anything, don't transform or make even one tile in the entrance modern, otherwise everything will lose its magic. Truly excellent food, from bruschetta to focaccia it's all crunchy and tasty; Friendly and knowledgeable staff on the menu, which I would recommend also having in paper form, to avoid any problems; (very) warm and welcoming location; More than honest value for money - it's now the 4th time I've been there and every time I come back with great pleasure!

Mistura Fina is a pub located in Vergonzana, 7 km from Crema. Historic and slightly vintage venue, immersed in the Crema countryside, with a warm and family atmosphere. Here you will find excellent schiaccine, i.e. stuffed flatbreads. We took two: one with porchetta and scamorza and the other with radicchio cream and zola. Both were delicious, beautifully stuffed, soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, truly amazing! Then we continued with bruschetta, there are different flavors and since there were many of us we managed to taste almost all of them. Very good! Finally we ended on a high note by ordering the homemade desserts: a cheesecake and a tiramis. The characteristic aspect is that there is no real menu, all the proposals will be explained to you by the waitresses. Perhaps a one-of-a-kind place, perfect for spending a quiet evening and taking a dive into the past!
