Mistura Fina is a pub located in Vergonzana, 7 km from Crema. Historic and slightly vintage venue, immersed in the Crema countryside, with a warm and family atmosphere. Here you will find excellent schiaccine, i.e. stuffed flatbreads. We took two: one with porchetta and scamorza and the other with radicchio cream and zola. Both were delicious, beautifully stuffed, soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, truly amazing! Then we continued with bruschetta, there are different flavors and since there were many of us we managed to taste almost all of them. Very good! Finally we ended on a high note by ordering the homemade desserts: a cheesecake and a tiramis. The characteristic aspect is that there is no real menu, all the proposals will be explained to you by the waitresses. Perhaps a one-of-a-kind place, perfect for spending a quiet evening and taking a dive into the past!

The atmosphere is characteristic and like the 70s and 80s, beautiful and rustic. Quiet and original place. Delightful and very kind owner. You can eat as much as you want

The place is very famous but not visible at first glance or when passing by. Going there with someone who knows it will be a great help. The location is very dated but with charm if we want to say. The staff was kind and smiling. Worth trying if you love bruschetta and squash.

I hadn't been to Mistura Fina in 40 years, I went back after all these years and it was a very pleasant surprise!! Everything remained as I left it, including the owners who maintained the originality of the place. The bruschettas are fabulous. Over the years they have included the schiacciatina which is a crunchy and delicious bread... we tried it with garlic oil and bacon and of course the bruschetta with gorgonzola.... A show... a leap into the past... I recommend it to bruschetta lovers, because you will hardly be able to find better.
