Excellent experience. I had pizza and porchetta, delicious and cooked to perfection. The porchetta melted in my mouth...spectacular! The staff was courteous and friendly, and very attentive to customer needs. Highly recommended.

Mistral Café has been a regular stop for me for years when I pass through Rutigliano. Every time I encounter the same warmth and welcome from the owners, always with a smile, who have been committed to preparing fresh dishes with generous portions for 20 years. The place is very large, with a varied menu featuring delicious options. For porchetta lovers, it's the perfect place! The delicious rolls, prepared in various ways, are among my favorites, and the sweet version is especially delicious. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a quick bite or a leisurely meal.
