I can't help but compliment the chef. Refined dishes very well presented and with original and sometimes risky flavours. We tasted 2 appetizers, a tortello, and obviously the very famous seitan by chef Marta Maffucci. For me it was the second visit for my friend the first. Today's seitan on rocket cream and marinated daikon really surprised me, the consistency was excellent and the taste was exceptional. The tortello was also very good with perfectly rolled dough and a strong flavor thanks to the chicory cream which left that very interesting bitterish aftertaste. I would also like to applaud the attentive service that was perfectly suited to the context. To try and try again several times. See you soon guys. Great work!

Pleasant surprise. Although we are quite close, we had missed Misticanza. Excellent dishes, the result of high-level research and technique. As well as being beautiful or flat, they are also appetizing and tasty! Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Exquisite food. Menu with few dishes, but made with wisdom and love. I'm still dreaming about the sweet “Taco”, I recommend it! To return as soon as possible

For a long time on my list of places to try, ever since I was there I promised myself I would return at least every season, which involves a change of the menu. The cuisine is simply unique: based on the use of vegetables, each dish has its own particularity and its own exceptional taste. The first courses are excellent, which never disappoint, the seitan is delicious, made in this case by Marta (cook and owner of the restaurant), the wine list is wonderful (natural and organic, but with a unique and engaging taste). In my opinion one of the best places in Rome!

We went to this restaurant for the first time last Saturday. It's a shame to have it far from home, otherwise it would definitely have been my favorite restaurant! Very nice and well-kept environment, kind staff and stratospheric food, not to mention the wine 🔝 Tip: definitely try the ravioli with burrata which is something special!

Great experience in this restaurant! I think I've tried vegetarian restaurants a few times, but this is one of the best I've eaten in for several elements: refined food and very kind staff! Furthermore, an element not to be underestimated for me who is not a lover of desserts, I think I ate here, one of the best desserts I have ever eaten in a restaurant: a sesame cake (if I remember correctly) with almond and peach foam. A real treat! Completely in love with the “Dischi Cavalieri” with turnip greens. What to say? I enjoyed vegetarian food like never before. Congratulations guys!

Eccellente...un modo diverso di mangiare ma senza accorgersene...non pensi di essere in un ristorante vegetariano...ma solo di essere in un ristorante dove si mangia davvero bene... Bravi .... bravi...bravi Complimenti alla Chef e al servizio di sala...
