One of the best vegetarian restaurants I've been to, and where I also enjoyed excellent gluten-free dishes. The ingredients are top-quality and carefully combined to please both the eye and the palate. The restaurant is welcoming and clean; the staff is friendly and provides excellent service.

An extraordinary experience. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, and the chef's cuisine truly brings them to life. Every dish is an experience. The staff is highly trained and attentive, and you feel welcomed and pampered at every turn.

I went to this vegetarian restaurant yesterday and I have to say I loved it! The appetizers and main courses were truly tasty, beautifully presented, and with interesting pairings. For my appetizer, I had a warm zucchini soup. For my main course, I had seitan on a bed of burnt tomatoes with a green bean salad. I found it truly delicious. You can taste the attention to detail and the choice of ingredients. The desserts, however, were a little less convincing. In particular, the Breton pastry with mango, vanilla, and lime namelaka lacked a strong flavor and was a bit bland. Overall, it was a positive experience: for those who love vegetarian cuisine, it's worth a try!

We stumbled upon it by chance; we weren't looking for a vegetarian restaurant, but it was a great find! Truly tasty and visually stunning dishes, discreet and unobtrusive staff, and a pleasant location both inside and out. Definitely worth returning!

The restaurant concept is truly excellent. Let's just say that nowadays, there are very few restaurants that are 100% vegetarian/vegan. The service is friendly and attentive, though perhaps lacking a bit of experience. The wine list is good, although it could use a bit of expansion. The cuisine is truly worth it. The dishes are well-researched and crafted with excellent balances of flavor.

The best vegan meal I had in Rome. My wife and I walked in and were seated immediately by very kind staff. They had local Kombucha to drink and gave us free eggplant bites to try. The spaghetti was amazing, but the star of our night were the two Seitan dishes that were the most flavorful and delicious plates I’ve ever had. The taste and texture reminded me of pork belly in a very good way. Incredible flavors in a lovely atmosphere. The staff spoke English and were very accommodating with our questions. A vegetarian restaurant that, in my opinion, can please all palates with its simple dishes, well-matched ingredients, and expertly cooked food. The ladies in the dining room are extremely kind and friendly. I'll be back!

I'd been looking forward to this dinner for a while, afraid I'd have too high expectations and be inevitably disappointed. But no! I enjoyed every dish I ordered, both for the combinations and the flavors and textures. The wait staff was very friendly, approachable, and just the right amount of attentive service. Excellent value for money.

Update 2025. They have grown so much. Exceptional cuisine. Keep it up. Attentive and fast staff. Beautiful sunny terrace where you can have lunch even in the freezing December weather. Very welcoming, spacious and well-kept interiors. Elaborate and tasty cuisine.
