06/05/2025: We went to dinner at the workshop and I must say that we had a really good time. They welcomed us on a Saturday evening and even though the place was packed we ate at really good times. I always wait before reviewing a pizzeria the next day because I'm always afraid of drinking all night but here there is no risk. Really good and digestible dough! Greetings to the very nice owner, I think his name is Jerry
