A diamond set in the beautiful village of Ripe San Ginesio, a delightful experience from arrival to farewell. We enjoyed a selection of delicious appetizers, with special mention for the creamed cod and tuna focaccia. Two first courses, cappelletti and imperial minestra, were also exquisite. The service was exceptional. Your new favorite restaurant.

In a town at the foot of the Sibillini Mountains, where time stands still, at MISIDIA they've composed a symphony of flavors and aromas to rediscover the past. As a Macerata native, I applaud the gnocchi with goose sauce. Everything else is a surprise for those who visit. A 10 out of 10!

It's not often you discover a restaurant like this. The positive impression we had after booking by phone was amply confirmed by the welcome, the care taken in explaining and recommending the various dishes and wines, and the exceptional quality found in the dishes. We chose the Carosello, featuring five appetizers and two first courses, all exceptionally delicious.
The attention to local producers is also commendable: bread made from indigenous ancient grains baked in a 17th-century oven, wines from award-winning local wineries, and extra virgin olive oil from a small local mill.
Come here if you're looking for courtesy, a refined atmosphere, cheerful people, and dishes that will leave you with lasting memories that will surely entice you to return.

The quality of the food is excellent: the truffle was fragrant and delicious, and the fried porcini mushroom appetizer was a real surprise; I'd never tasted anything like it before. I'm a vegetarian, and the staff was attentive in offering variations specifically for us, without making us feel limited in our choices. The service was impeccable, attentive, and friendly. The place is very well-kept and welcoming, with background music that creates the perfect atmosphere. The price was absolutely fair for the quality and experience offered. Highly recommended!
