Miscusi - Carlina In Torino

We searched online for a vegetarian/vegan restaurant and came across Miscusi | Pasta Fresca – Torino Carlina. We decided to try it and showed up as a trio, without a reservation, but we were welcomed right away with no problem 😊 The staff was very welcoming and helpful: they carefully explained everything to us, even telling us that their pasta is made fresh every day, and this is one of their specialties 🍝✨ The place is also very modern and innovative: each table has a QR code that allows you to order directly from your phone, without having to wait for the staff, and you can also pay conveniently from your smartphone or at the register 📱 really convenient! Moving on to the food... oh my goodness 😍 everything was exceptional! We ordered a Goloso, some Cacio e Pepe Ravioli, and a Tricoplant: all the pastas were delicious, flavorful, and well-made. We also tried the parmigiana, which was truly excellent 😋 To finish on a sweet note: Tiramisu, chocolate kisses, and bruschetta with chocolate spread 🍫 all very good and satisfying! The vibe of the place is also very nice, young, and pleasant 🌿 A super positive experience, 5 well-deserved stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When we return to Turin, we will definitely stop by again! 🥰 Highly recommended 👍

One has to try their pasta. Its delicious

For my first time...I'd say it was a wonderful experience... The service was prompt, the staff were friendly, and the kindness was a strong point...the pasta was excellent...spectacular, I dare say!!! Absolutely recommended!!! 🥰

We started with the bruschetta and later ordered two pasta dishes. The pasta was excellent! The two of us spent under €40. Payment and ordering are done via a QR code. Highly recommended for pasta lovers!

We visited miscusi in Turin on a beautiful day and were able to sit outside – the atmosphere was simply perfect. The bruschetta as a starter was fresh and delicious, and the carbonara as a main course was equally impressive – truly authentic and flavorful. “We were lucky with the weather and were able to sit outside, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Ordering was done via a barcode, which we didn’t mind at all. For starters, we had bruschetta with three different toppings, and for the main course I had the rigatoni carbonara – both were very good and tasted fresh. For dessert, I had the tiramisu, which was okay but not the best I’ve had in Italy, as it didn’t seem completely fresh. Overall, a good meal in a pleasant atmosphere – definitely worth a visit!”

Best place to eat pasta in Turin, it's not expensive and the pasta is delicious. Service is fairly quick, but reservations are required. Sometimes, even if you make a reservation, they make you wait a bit for a table, and on Saturday nights, they give you a limited 45-minute table time, which is very rude to a customer.

Excellent pasta. But the real strength is the service. Friendly. Young. Kind. Always smiling. The highlight is the very dear Sara, who explained and recommended what to order despite there being a lot of us. Thank you!
