We discovered this place through a recommendation and were not disappointed! No expectations, the service is impeccable, and the pasta is excellent!

The place is very nice, the staff is very warm and affectionate, the food is from another planet, perfect in quantities, the flavor, the cooking of the pasta, everything is very very good

I had lunch at this restaurant located in the heart of Turin and was truly impressed by the quality of the homemade pasta: excellent, with tasty and well-balanced toppings. The cuisine undoubtedly deserves a special mention. The service, however, left me a bit perplexed. The approach is very "smart," with minimal organization. While this may make the restaurant modern and minimalist, it also means a lack of customer service. Staff are almost nonexistent, and the wait for service was longer than usual. In short: excellent cuisine, but the service could be improved, especially if the goal is to offer a truly comprehensive and welcoming experience.

We chose miscusi | pasta fresca - Torino Carlina because my daughter wanted pasta and it was easy to reserve a table online from where we were in the city. Our first impression was that it might be a tourist trap, as we didn't see any locals dining there, but we were drawn in by the restaurant's interior design, especially the back area. Unfortunately, the front of the restaurant had an unpleasant smell, which was a bit off-putting. The staff also seemed busy and not very attentive or friendly, which was unusual compared to our other experiences in Italy. The most positive part of the experience was their self-ordering system. It was very easy to order and pay online, and the menu was clear and simple, with many of our favorite pasta options. The food also came out very quickly. However, the pasta itself was just okay—not the best we've had in Italy. We'd say that miscusi is a good option for a quick, straightforward meal, but it's not the kind of place you would go to for a special dinner or to linger over a long meal.

We didn't reserve on a Saturday night, but because they keep half of the places free for walk-ins, we were seated. We could assamble our own plate of pasta. The service was very quick and the waiters were very nice. Great experience :)

Today, we were a group of four, tempted by the good reviews and their quantity, but... We ordered three carbonaras, one ragu, a tiramisu, and four beers. In our opinion, the pasta was too hard (yes, I know, it has to be al dente). There was little bacon in the carbonara and not much sauce e ragu. The dishes were served very quickly, but we expected a surprise with the flavors.

The best pasta in the world, the wait staff is welcoming and kind! The place is enchanting!
