I had the pleasure of dining with my boyfriend at Degusteria del Gigante in San Benedetto del Tronto, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences of my life. We chose the 8-course tasting menu: a true sensory journey where every dish was meticulously crafted, surprising, and always more special than the last. The quality of the ingredients, the creative pairings, and the impeccable presentation make each course a small masterpiece. You can sense the chef's passion and love for cooking, as well as the attentive, professional, and friendly service that makes you feel pampered from start to finish. A place I absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality culinary experience that will excite and leave wonderful memories. We can't wait to return! 09/08/2025: SIGI, the owner and mastermind behind this culinary adventure, has created a place where guests can truly explore local flavors and traditions while comfortably seated in a beautiful setting or, weather permitting, outdoors on a quaint street. The menu is limited in choice, as it varies greatly based on availability and the chef's flair. The dining room staff is top-notch, attentive but not intrusive, and the food—well, you have to try it. The only way to improve your dinner would be to have Sigi at your table and hear how this or that dish, or that particular wine, came about. Always a pleasure to return. P.S.
