I spent a day at the wellness center. The spa was beautiful. The outdoor pool was beautiful. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I can't understand why there's a nice outdoor bar near the pool and umbrellas, but in the morning they don't serve drinks or cocktails until 3:00 PM. Many of us wanted an aperitif by the pool, but we were told it wasn't possible, which is a shame. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

We stayed at this property on Tuesday, with a reservation only for the spa and lunch. The place was really well-maintained and clean. Lunch offers a variety of options, and the portions are definitely filling, including water and coffee. The sore point was definitely the pool bar service, where no one was available to assist. I went to the restaurant myself to ask, and they told me they'd send someone (there were several of us waiting), but after 30 minutes, still nothing. So, I went to the All-Spa to ask, and the staff, despite saying it wasn't their responsibility, took care of my request. Just when we had no hope of being served, the All-Spa staff member arrived with our cocktails and snacks, apologizing for the wait. She was really kind. Another downside, unfortunately, was the invasion of children in the hot tub, which, unfortunately, was unsupervised, and they used the hot tub as a play pool. Overall, the day was pleasant.

Just a short walk from Varese, a welcoming hotel with all the comforts, including a restaurant (mainly meat). It also features a swimming pool and a wellness center!

Beautiful resort with great design. Parking is available and close to the airport. The rooms are spacious, perfect for relaxation and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. Beautiful rooms with a view of the lake, a great indoor pool, and lovely staff. The hotel's two drawbacks are the nearby road and the large department store/zoo next door. But that didn't make our stay any less enjoyable. Relaxation is guaranteed.

Nice hotel with FREE access to pool and spa, great for both rainy and sunny days. We had a great time for two nights. Parking at the hotel is free. Breakfast is fine, not very extensive. Location may be a bit remote so a car is handy.

Lovely hotel. The rooms are fine and have everything you need. The service of the hotel is top! You can get cold water everywhere, at the spa there are jugs of water with delicious fruit in it and nuts. The spa is neat, the pools are fine and the beds outside are sufficient for the number of guests.

The superior room was nice and large, clean, and lacked nothing. The breakfast was nothing special; everything was rather unloving, and despite plenty of staff, tables from previous guests weren't cleared for a long time, and guests had to sit in the next room. The indoor and outdoor pools are beautiful and recommendable. The hotel's location is poor, with main roads on both sides, meaning there's always noise. The only way to get to the lake is along the busy road. The lake itself is beautiful, but the surrounding green areas are completely neglected. The hotel and restaurant staff don't speak a word of German, only English.
