My second time stay at Horizon, nice room, good restaurant and breakfast.

We chose this hotel for a weekend getaway, taking advantage of the promotion that included a buffet breakfast and two hours at the spa along with the overnight stay. An absolutely positive experience and highly recommended! The buffet breakfast is basic, with mini croissants, including vegan options. The choice of more than one type of plant-based milk, including lactose-free milk, was much appreciated! The only thing I'd add to the spa break is the selection of herbal teas in addition to tea. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, super relaxing.

The hotel is lovely. Clean and comfortable rooms, parking right next to the room. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the hotel is located directly on a busy road, so it's quite noisy. Good breakfast with a wide selection. The spa area is very spacious, but unfortunately a bit limited. Many rooms are reserved for massages, but unfortunately, they weren't being used due to a lack of staff. I stayed for a week and was only able to get an appointment for a massage after four days. The spa only has a sauna and a steam room. The indoor pool has massage jets, but there's no whirlpool. You can book a private jacuzzi. An additional sauna and a whirlpool could be added to the unused rooms.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, the only flaw is the annoying noise of the refrigerator, excellent breakfast, friendly and kind staff.

Sorry to disappoint, there is no reason to come to this hotel or the city of Warsaw. There is no view of the lake, we had a massage that was average and below. Dinner at the hotel steakhouse was bad, there was no selection of wines, the meat was not of high quality, the price was high for the quality of the food. The hotel is located outside the city. There is noise from the main road. Just not.

A real shame, we stayed for my 50th birthday (a gift from my wife). I was given a suite, but there was nothing suite about it for what we paid, except the lake view, albeit distant. As soon as we entered, the arm of the internally installed door closer came loose (luckily I'm an installer and fixed it promptly), the power outlets were installed crookedly (these are details to consider in a suite, I'm sorry to say), the bathroom was spacious, poorly heated, with a whirlpool tub, somewhat awkwardly installed accessories, and no towel warmer. The shower was mounted too close to the sliding door trim, resulting in silicone (white, not even transparent underneath, and mold on the wood). The same sliding door, on the last night, got completely stuck even when closed, just 5 cm from closing. Luckily, I was inside the bathroom, and, as I had already fixed the door closer, I had to lift it from underneath and physically move it to unlock it and finally open it. If it had happened to a layperson, or worse, a child, the door would have had to be broken. We reported the matter to reception and were told, without any proper apology, that "those rooms will now be closed for renovations"... perhaps if we had known this earlier, we would have avoided all the hassle, which is certainly not expected from a "suite" in Varese. The cleanliness was excellent, however, including towel changes. As for the friendliness of the staff, the only person with at least a smile was the kind lady at breakfast who asked for my room number, the same one who took the time to wish me a happy birthday and put candles on my slice of cake at breakfast. I travel to a lot of hotels for work, and I think the kindness of the staff is something that should never be underestimated! I'm disappointed because the place and location are truly excellent. I hope this review serves as a warning to improve in the future, and yes...renovate everything now!

We stayed one night. The room was beautiful, but a few details needed fixing. The toilet leaked with an annoying noise. When the air conditioning is turned off, you can hear a fan spinning, which isn't ideal for sleeping well at night. The shampoo and shower gel in the shower were badly glued together and fell off the wall as soon as you touched them. Vegetarians and vegans, unfortunately, don't have any options for lunch or dinner. The breakfast was very good and well-prepared. Otherwise, the hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and it's great for dogs because they have a dog park. The spa also needs some work. It was super crowded and we couldn't stay inside to relax. I had a 50-minute bamboo massage, which lasted a few minutes less and seemed like they had to hurry to finish. I didn't find it relaxing, which is what you look for in a spa.

My wife and I just returned from staying at this beautiful hotel, where we tried the couples' relaxing massage and the spa with Turkish bath and sauna. It was a fantastic experience, and I'd give it 10 stars if I could! From the moment we booked over the phone, they were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. The massages were superb and relaxed my wife and I's backs and necks perfectly. The staff were friendly and helpful, even in the spa area. Furthermore, given that we couldn't use the sauna and Turkish bath on the day of our arrival (due to too many people), they moved our spa session to the next morning without any problem, even though we had to leave our room. They kindly held our suitcase and change of clothes for us, giving us plenty of time to do our spa routine and get washed and changed. The restaurant is also top-notch, with friendly and helpful waiters. WHO WANTED MORE?

A very beautiful place with a breathtaking view. I truly enjoyed my day at Hawazin. I’m from Saudi Arabia, and if I ever come to northern Italy again, I will definitely visit.

Always wonderful to be here. I can't find any flaws. The reception staff is truly excellent, and the spa is spotless, as are the rooms. Honorable mention this trip goes to Greta for the massages: excellent. If you want to relax near the lakeside bike path and stay in a welcoming environment, this is the place for you. Bravo!
