Friendly hotel/good, very clean spa/decent breakfast/room with plenty of storage and clean

The room was okay, but sitting on the loggia was very noisy, as the hotel is practically located at a crossroads. I was looking forward to great Italian food, but unfortunately, that wasn't available there, as the restaurant is very meat-focused. The breakfast was rather spartan. I wouldn't go there again.

Beautiful quiet hotel. Check in was fast. Rooms are spacious and clean with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and Lake Varese. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of options pastries, breads, fruits, cheese and cold meats, eggs ...coffee and tea. Not used the Spa facilities. Staff speak English, very helpful. Lots of Italian guests ...great location for exploring surrounding Lakes or going to Switzerland 🇨🇭, obviously you need a car plenty of free parking. Highly recommend.

The welcome, the room, the generous breakfast, the pools—everything was great. The only downside is that it's located next to a noisy busy road. It's a shame about the poolside nap, but you can't hear a thing inside the hotel. There's a zoo right next door, so you can have breakfast and see ostriches, llamas, and other very friendly animals. The massages are high-quality, and the spa includes a sauna, a steam room, a sensory shower (three different mist sprays), a hot/cold shower, and a relaxation room with salt stones. The indoor whirlpool is heated and very pleasant.

We went for the spa package, which included lunch for €29, which was excellent. It was a wonderful, relaxing day. The staff was very friendly, and the place was also very clean.

We booked one night and used the spa. The room was spotlessly clean and appeared recently renovated. The breakfast was very generous. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The outdoor pool and huge garden were lovely. The stay was perfect.

Well-located establishment on the outskirts of Varese, modern rooms with parking right in front. The two pools are excellent, although the outdoor one closes at 7 p.m. One small drawback is the breakfast, which is very basic and only has one coffee machine for the entire establishment.
