I can't judge the rooms because I didn't stay overnight, but I used the Spa with a massage and I was very satisfied, for the environment and for the professionalism of the staff. After the Spa it is nice to enjoy an aperitif with a lake view from the restaurant on the upper floor.

Hotel very close to Lake Varese. The hall is modern, welcoming and colourful. Friendly and helpful staff. The "travel" rooms are modest in size but with a very spacious bathroom with shower. It's a shame about the impossibility of using the air conditioning (at reception we were told that it can only be activated in the summer months) but from a 4-star hotel we expect it to be usable when needed, especially on a hot and humid day like the one when we arrived when there really would have been a need to cool the room. In fact, our dog unfortunately suffered from the excessive humidity in the room. However, the possibility of parking right in front of the room is convenient: this allows those who own animals a quick exit to the parking area. It is also possible to reach an area entirely dedicated to dogs inside the hotel structure. The Spa, included in the price, is very pleasant and clean, with optimal water and ambient temperatures for relaxing without ever feeling the cold. Despite the professionalism of the waiters, attentive and smiling, the breakfast was insufficient compared to the number of people present, as already half an hour before the end of the service there were no more croissants available and unfortunately no more were baked. Apart from these reports which are intended to be constructive, overall the experience was positive.

Absolutely perfect stay in this spa hotel nestled in the heart of greenery. From the moment you arrive, you will appreciate the peaceful setting, the convenient parking and the warm welcome. The rooms are spacious, very well soundproofed, with modern and neat decoration. Everything is impeccably clean. In terms of relaxation, the spa and wellness area are a real plus, and the outdoor swimming pool adds a very pleasant touch of luxury. The breakfast is exceptional: complete, varied and with fresh products. An ideal place to recharge your batteries, as a couple or alone. Small problem! the mattress was a little hard for our liking!

Let me start by saying that I have read many reviews about this hotel, some of which are negative. But what problems do those who criticize this hotel have?? Here everything is perfect, clean and the staff is kind and helpful... Breakfast is good and plentiful, sweet or savory depending on your taste. The spa is clean and pleasant, in its own small way there is everything, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, salt room, frigidarium, massage rooms... in short, everything you need... Some people should go to Rimini in August at the height of the season and then we'll talk about it again... There are also those who complain about the sounds of the exotic animals next to them... are you kidding me?? I took a free tour of the zoo which is 1 minute from here, and it was a wonderful experience.. Some people deserve taverns near the station.. To conclude, I consider it an excellent structure and I will return.. I have already recommended it to friends and family. Well done, keep it up 😊❤️ Everything perfect Thank you 😊❤️

Excellent hotel in the Varese area. Relax at the Spa, small but functional. I recommend extending the route a little more because 2 hours is a bit right. 2.30 or 3 hours. Room ok. Cleaning ok. Kindness and professionalism of the staff, especially Alessandro. Thank you

Some of the rooms are very close to a zoo. It has a strong smell and is very loud. The rooms are clean and small. The breakfast is okay, but nothing special. The wellness area is okay; there's a sauna, a steam room, and a pool, but nothing special here either. The price/performance ratio is reasonable.
