Comfortable hotel, very knowledgeable staff and a beautiful spa where you can relax.

Lovely hotel. The rooms are fine and have everything you need. The service of the hotel is top! You can get cold water everywhere, at the spa there are jugs of water with delicious fruit in it and nuts. The spa is neat, the pools are fine and the beds outside are sufficient for the number of guests.

Nice hotel with FREE access to pool and spa, great for both rainy and sunny days. We had a great time for two nights. Parking at the hotel is free. Breakfast is fine, not very extensive. Location may be a bit remote so a car is handy.

The superior room was nice and large, clean, and lacked nothing. The breakfast was nothing special; everything was rather unloving, and despite plenty of staff, tables from previous guests weren't cleared for a long time, and guests had to sit in the next room. The indoor and outdoor pools are beautiful and recommendable. The hotel's location is poor, with main roads on both sides, meaning there's always noise. The only way to get to the lake is along the busy road. The lake itself is beautiful, but the surrounding green areas are completely neglected. The hotel and restaurant staff don't speak a word of German, only English.

I was with my family. What can I say? The pleasure of returning is undisputed. Hospitality and kindness in 1st place. But do not underestimate the professionalism of the staff including Silvia Greta Mattia David.. prepared, friendly and very available to meet our needs. The location deserves 10 praise. I created a corporate event at the facility for my clients and I must say that I was very satisfied with the organization and the service. Professional staff, with great attention to the guests, after two hours of training in the classroom they made us sit outside by the pool, a fantastic place where we enjoyed a rich and complete buffet, and served two delicate and tasty first courses. Top location and a round of applause for the manager Mattia who was impeccable from start to finish.

A very nice hotel, with quick and easy access. The staff is welcoming and friendly, making the stay pleasant. One small drawback: the "lake view" side also overlooks a major road, which can be a bit inconvenient. Regarding the spa, the hammam unfortunately has a strong musty odor, making it unusable.

Good hotel, but it's quite far from everything. The two-hour spa limit is a bit too short, I think. Breakfast is good by Italian standards, but the selection could be better.
