05/08/2025: The best gelato in Bientina. The gelato shop is located at the entrance to a road after the square, heading towards Buti. There are plenty of parking spaces, but they're almost always full, although with a little patience, you can find a spot. In addition to the counter area and the tables, there's a small outdoor area with plenty of seating, where you can enjoy gelato or other treats in comfort. There's a wide selection of flavors, and I've always been satisfied with the ones I've tried. Each flavor has its own character, and they're all creamy and not overly sugary. Besides gelato, they also offer yogurt, crepes, and Sicilian desserts. The staff is friendly, and, importantly, they know how to fill waffles with gelato perfectly. Prices are slightly higher than the local average. There's a public children's play area less than 50 meters away.
