12/07/2025: Lobster (lobster) with pasta and tomato sauce, a marvel! As a nutritionist, I asked with minimal oil, which they followed. It is enough to ask and insist, if necessary, when restaurateurs do not always understand why. I sometimes take the time to explain that my diet is carbohydrate-protein but fat-free. Not easy to get this principle to be accepted, in the country of olive oil... It was, however, really succulent. Spices release aromas, which do not require oil. I really licked my ass, according to the established expression. My fingers were full... for a dish at only 25 euros! The (magic) lobster with pasta and tomato, a wonder!
