The cuisine is clearly rooted in tradition, yet modernized, maintaining authenticity. Each dish is coherent and rounded on the palate, leaving a clean mouth.
The risotto is, without a doubt, THE signature dish: never banal, perfectly creamed, technically impeccable, with a lightness that doesn't sacrifice depth of flavor.
The meat dishes are always memorable: from the tartare to the cutlet, to the spare rib.
Luca in the kitchen and Stefano in the dining room demonstrate experience, vision, and potential. The dishes speak of research, passion, and technique; while the service combines precision and customer care.
Desserts also deserve special mention, for their simplicity and flavor: from the Tarte Tatin to the Chocolate Fondant, they are a fitting finale to the gastronomic journey. A dessert can't be taken for granted, even if it's simply "good," often not even in a pastry shop, let alone a restaurant.

14/06/2025: Everything so beautiful, perfect! Every dish ordered was presented amazingly delicate, already giving such satisfaction and excitement just by looking at it. Taste, not even to mention, very delicious. And the service was so kind, absolutely to revisit!!😍😍😍
