Always delighted to return to the Mint. Beautiful place. Reservation is mandatory.

A wonderful place. We ate (vegetarian) more than well and spent a wonderful evening at the Mint. Very kind staff, you can feel that they do everything from the heart.

We chose this place because of the positive reviews and we were not disappointed: Liu and Fabrizio, a young couple, welcomed us warmly right from the start. Liu was a fantastic and attentive host, while the dishes prepared by Fabrizio were delicious, original and cared for. Overall it was a very positive experience and we recommend it to anyone visiting Polignano and wanting to try something different than usual. We will definitely be back :)

From the start, the venue appears very intimate and with attention to the smallest details. The service is impeccable and very welcoming. The dishes offered allow you to enjoy a special culinary experience with new and innovative flavours. I highly recommend a dinner here!

Place with real vegan food, they have a dish with vegetable protein. They make a really good mushroom tofu scramble. Accompanied by a very good salad with cashew cream. We also had a really good onion cake The service is excellent and the chef comes out to greet you after your meal. A 10

This restaurant is a gem in Polignano a Mare! We were lucky to find it by chance and we loved our dinner here. The food was great and the atmosphere was fantastic! We were really impressed by the attention to detail that was visible both in the food and in the interior. Thank you for this experience!

Locale delizioso, piatti creativi e di ottima presentazione, oltre al gusto decisamente innovativo ma al tempo stesso molto armonico e gustoso. I titolari sono estremamente cordiali, e creano coi piccoli dettagli, dalla musica, agli accessori, al kit dentale nella toilette, solo per menzionarne alcuni, un'atmosfera di Cura e Bellezza. We were so lucky to get a table for two by chance quite late. The intimate / reserved setting made this restaurant jump out at us. Inside, the cave is decorated with someone who has an eye for the unusual but with exquisite taste - there is a place for everything, and everything has its place! The menu was exciting and described ingredients and styles that oozed quality. The service was exceptional. The small extra surprises (go and find for yourself!) and the food plates bursted with taste, design and absolute flair. The bar was arranged to showcase a wide range of liquors, digestivs and grappe - again the style used to display this was high class. The value for money was exceptional - I have eaten around the world in very expensive restaurants and this was a drop in the (Adriatic) ocean in comparison. Finally, the chef and his multitalented waitress wife came and spoke with us at the end of the night..... this is Michelin star food, service and that little bit extra and we cannot recommend enough.
