Chapter 1 ​This morning I woke up early, at 12:00, with a sadness in my heart, wounded by the discovery that my girlfriend's name isn't Anna Giulia, but MARIOOO... 🤔🤔 I immediately took a car with driver to Polignano. ​Chapter 2 ​Walking through the alleys of this beautiful seaside village, among couples in love and elderly people with Parkinson's, I found myself in a "long non-place"... My prostate problem led me to this magical place with an incredible restroom. 😍 ​Chapter 3 ​After the moment of ecstasy, I found myself sitting at a table in this delightful little place: "Mint ❤️". ​Chapter 4 ​The first bottle of bubbles. ​Chapter 5 ​The restroom. ​Chapter 6 ​The second bottle of bubbles. Chapter 7 I ate some incredible food... everything was delicious. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Chapter 8 I asked for the owner's phone number. Chapter 9 I went out with Pako... who I don't know. 😅😅 He claims to be my missing son. But that's another story. The end.

The food was amazing. It seems like they cater in particular to vegetarians/pescetarians. While I completely understand how frustrating it is for restaurants when people arrive late, the way the owner spoke to me about arriving about 20 minutes late made me feel very upset, uncomfortable and unwelcome. My partner has mobility problems and was having a particularly bad pain day. We had the most horrific time getting parking nearby and then walking over, she was in a world of pain. If the owner had just looked at my partner struggling to come down the steps, she would have seen the issue or if she had allowed me to explain, I would have. Instead she made me feel absolutely terrible for arriving a little late and then didn't answer my question about how long we had left until she needed the table back. I would have left immediately, had my partner not been in so much pain. I couldn't make her walk around to find somewhere else while she was in that state. So, instead of having a nice meal with wine, we just ate as quickly as we could and left. It's 6 hours later and rather than sleeping, I'm still upset about it.

Magnificent restaurant. After 7 weeks travelling Europe, this is the best meal we have had! Original design of food dishes, great service, lovely wine and overall fabulous meal. Despite a tiny restaurant space, everything went without a hitch. Bravo 👏 the icecream was the pick of the deserts. The trout dish was the pick of the main dishes.

Mint is a cosy, atmospheric place run by two people ( a couple?). The first impression is of great attention to detail with the decor. The owners have a great eye for style. The menu was not expansive, but excellent (especially for pescatarians!). I settled on the quiche and my wife had the tuna-based main. They were both outstanding! We shared an ice cream for dessert. Also tasty. Chef came out for a chat so we could personally thank him. We could go back several times to experience different tastes. Very enjoyable evening.

MINT è un’esperienza di sapore e creatività nel cuore di Polignano a Mare, un bistrot dove mangiare sano e coccolare lo spirito.Le leggi della natura e le regole del benessere dettano il menu: cucinano infatti quello che hanno trovato al mercato, prediligendo prodotti pugliesi e biologici, senza mai utilizzare cotture invasive o prodotti raffinati. In ogni piatto, una contaminazione con sapori dal mondo: cibi che provengono dai paesi d’origine dei padroni di casa, Brasile e Trentino, o che fanno parte della loro storia di viaggiatori tra culture lontane.

Piatti di grande qualità e freschezza. Complimenti siete davvero una chicca da riprovare. Esperienza sopra la media.

Super recomendable, todo muy bueno, ambiente acogedor y tranquilo, servicio excelente y resaltar la calidad de la comida ¡¡ si volviera a Polignano, sería uno de los restaurantes de los cuales repetiría.
