I won't use too many words to describe what wasn't just a dinner, but an experience. We felt at home, welcomed and pampered, in a truly comfortable environment. The dishes were excellent and refined, and the owners were truly delightful. I don't have much else to add, other than to absolutely recommend trying it! I'd go back in a heartbeat.

I was on Tinder, bored with the usual boring men, when suddenly a guy with a neo-melodic voice attracted me. He invited me to get a slice of pizza from Veliero, in the old town of Bari. I replied: if you want to go out with me, you have to take me to MINT in Polignano. He (after asking his mom for his allowance) was excited and booked a table for two. I won't tell you the whole evening, but do you remember the movie When Harry Met Sally?!!! The orgasms from Fabrizio's dishes were real.
Highly recommended for a one-of-a-kind experience. I'll be back, but with Lele. 🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫

To eat here at our last evening was the best thing we could’ve done. We had an amazing dining experience here, easily one of the best in our life’s! The restaurant has a really comforting atmosphere, so you are feeling right at home. The restaurant is owned by a nice and friendly couple, who do everything by their own and have an excellent and especially creative menu. You just feel the passion for good, fresh and local food in everything. And it is right - don’t skip the dessert! This was also, besides our delicious main dishes, one of the best things we ever tasted.
So thank you Liu and Fabrizio for an incredible dinner and your kind hospitality!
PS: We highly recommend to make a reservation, because their place is quite popular - we booked three days in advance.

This restaurant is truly one of a kind worldwide. Where heart from the chef meets the warmth of the table attendant, guiding you through a journey were food is not only just for sustainance, but for enjoyment and exploration, while at the same time steering clear of overly gourmet foods (i.e. one easily leaves with a full belly).
This power couple with an international background and their boutique restaurant are truly amazing, just as much as their food.
Reservation is required due to the limited number of tables, which in itself provides for a cozy and relaxed atmosphere.

If you're in Polignano and want to eat and drink well, in a welcoming, convivial atmosphere that makes you feel suspended in time, then you absolutely must try Fabrizio's cuisine at Mint.
Liù is a true hostess, welcoming and pampering you as if you were her favorite guest! Thank you for the delicious experience! See you next time!
PS. The cacio e pepe cheesecake, the octopus with Fe, and the dark chocolate dessert were WORLDWIDE!
