Ministero della Brace In Mola di bari

We had a great experience at Il Ministero della Braccia in the Old Town of Mola di Bari. The seafood was delicious, especially the grilled clams which really showed the chef's mastery of the grill - they were incredibly tasty with a perfect balance of flavours. The chef's ability to deliver such a fantastic grilled flavor even on mussels convinces us that he could serve an equally memorable piece of meat to those in the party who feel up to it. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, even though we didn't speak Italian. They also handled all allergies with great professionalism, which allowed us to enjoy the food in peace. We tried a large part of their seafood selection, and everything felt genuine, prepared with care and of the highest quality. We really look forward to coming back and can warmly recommend Il Ministero della Braccia to anyone who appreciates really good food in a pleasant environment.

Amazing place. Exquisite food and Nino and Onfrio are super nice and accompany you on a food and wine journey Apulian of the highest level. The cuisine is simple but really delicious.

A really good restaurant, excellent value for money, but calling it a restaurant is an understatement because all it takes is a little chat with the owner to be transported into an artistic dimension, imbued with courage. A wonderful discovery! Thank you!

Abbiamo preso un antipasto di cozze e alici,spaghetti alle vongole,riso cozze e patate,pescato del giorno e polpo. Solo riso cozze e patate (riso scotto) non ci ha convinto.
