A true journey into artisanal cuisine isn't simply about sitting down to eat in a beautiful place; it's about nourishing yourself with the wisdom, knowledge, and dedication of someone who truly understands, providing sustenance for both body and soul. Those who know how to eat well know how to wait, and that wait has its own great reward! My wife and I went to eat at "Il Ministerio del Brace," and from the moment we entered, we felt we were in the right place. The welcome we received confirmed it. Nino isn't just any cook; he's a chef with a wide range of knowledge, and everything in the place is exclusively artisanal. The cheese and charcuterie boards were exquisite, and we accompanied them with delicious seasoned olives and complimentary warm bread. The fish we chose was fresh and perfectly cooked, following the chef's recommendation. The ricotta pasta was spectacular. For dessert, the pastries were a true flavor journey for our palates. A coffee to finish and a tasting of homemade, completely artisanal liqueurs filled us with pleasure and joy. I've rarely felt so happily satisfied after visiting a restaurant. We talked about Nino and his restaurant all afternoon! 5000% recommended! Thank you, Nino! We'll be back for the octopus and the mussels.

From the simple yet personal decor, to the food, expertly prepared with exceptional ingredients, to the restaurateur Nino, whose kindness and expertise are unparalleled. It's a must-see during your stay in Mola.

We had a wonderful dinner with very fresh food. The owner is the chef and doing the service as well. Very authentic place, feels like in a living room of a good friend.

Last night I had the pleasure of eating at "Ministero della Brace" for the first time, even though the place has been around for 17 years, which confirms the professionalism and solidity of the business. Everything was delicious, the freshest ingredients cooked with love by Mr. Nino and served by his inseparable brother, a family-run business that takes you back to times gone by. Thank you so much, because in addition to eating wonderfully and drinking Nino's fantastic rosolio liqueurs, I felt enveloped in a warm embrace. I highly recommend it. The price is absolutely fair.

Nino is not only a fabulous chef but also a very personal host. Love the way he cooks all types of fresh fish and pasta. Everything, even the olives, are his creations! Deliciosa!

If I could give 10 start I will. The most delicious food that we tried in Mola. Nino made us feel at home, offering fresh and home made food. Higly reccomended if you're looking for a genuine and local experience. Bravo!

Imbattuto per caso in questa trattoria… semplicemente eccezionale! Mi è piaciuto tutto: dalle trigliette marinate alle cozze arrosto, dal ragù di polpo ai digestivi artigianali. Ambiente spartano, ma le trattorie devono essere così! Consigliatissimo!
