Pleasant team building experience organized with the menus of the first Roman dishes. Three fun and carefree hours with interesting explanations and quality raw materials proposed by Loretta and chef Massimo.

There were 18 of us and we divided ourselves into 2 groups of 4 and 2 of 5, truly recommended for those who want to give their team an experience to increase collaboration with a fun division of tasks like a real brigade. The best part is that you will eat what is cooked!
Thanks to Loretta who was also able to satisfy the gluten free needs of one of the participants.
