Good, professional, always available and innovative, meticulous in detail...and also friendly! Even if it seems the opposite, I didn't receive any money for writing these two lines, in fact, I actually gave some to the creator of this happy place (not too much I must say) but I had such a good time that I couldn't help but introduce this talented and knowledgeable chef. Mine wasn't a hopeless case, I didn't have to learn how to make a cutlet and at home we ate more than decently, but what I learned here was the magic of doing, of smiling. I have attended at least ten schools where they make you bone two fish and come with the basics ready, here every single bite is made from scratch, everyone participates and the raw materials are delicious. Loretta, in addition to being a cheerful person, has great expertise on the subject, which she also enriches with a lot of historical information on the various dishes that are cooked. Super-positive note: you eat what is prepared during the courses. A special thank you also to chef Massimo who always supported and helped us.
