For the first time in my life, I am leaving a comment~ I visited at the recommendation of a tour guide and had the eggplant gratin carbonara. The eggplant gratin was very delicious, but the basic carbonara meat was salty, like a lump of salt, and the noodles were salty too, to the point of embarrassment. However, an employee named Camilla asked me how it tasted, and when I told her it was too salty, she said she would make it again. As you can see in the attached photo, the first photo is the original food, and the next photo is the remade pasta. This is my first experience while traveling in Europe for a few weeks, and I am writing because I am moved. When ordering, ask for it to be bland as the basic carbonara meat is too salty. And I am so thankful for your kindness, and I will end my trip and return home with good memories. Grazziye~!

Best carbonara I've had in Italy. I dream of the day I'll go back and eat it again!

After discovering the recommended address on the internet I came to enjoy this restaurant during my stay in Rome 🇮🇹. Atypical decoration and delicious meal, ideally located in the city center between two walking tours. The spaghetti carbonara is delicious and I will be sure to talk about their delicious tiramisu 😋. Note: a member of staff is French, always a plus if you have difficulty with the Latin language.

Carbonara pasta was delicious. I felt it was a bit salty for Korean tastes. Thank you NOEMI for your friendly service and attention.

Vongole pasta and carbonara were so delicious! I ate inside the store, but the atmosphere outside the store was very nice, and most of all, I enjoyed the friendly treatment of the NOEMI staff.

In giro per Roma e con il desiderio di ritornare a cenare in Via del Governo Vecchio, grazie a Tripadvisor ho scelto di prenotare in questo localino, piccolo sia dentro che fuori. Vista la temperatura abbiamo chiesto di accomodarci dentro e ci hanno accontentati. Il personale è davvero gentile, hanno regalato anche fogli e colori alla mia piccolina. Curiose le pareti e gli arredi pieni di messaggi scritti dagli ospiti, sembra essere invogliati a scriverci sopra. Il cibo mi è piaciuto, ho mangiato una buona carbonara ed anche la pinsa non era male. Prezzi assolutamente nella media della città. Il mio feedback su questo locale è sicuramente positivo.

This was our best meal in Rome. We waited in line for 10-15 min as they don't take reservations and it was def worth the wait. Service was amazing and the food was even better. We had burrata, lasgna, pasta, meatballs, dessert and I give everything 5 star!!! Look no further...this is the place to come.
