Small bar/wine shop on the lakeside with a spectacular view. Excellent breakfast, fresh and delicious croissants. The waitress Alice is friendly, helpful, and very nice. A perfect place to start the day while admiring the lake ☀️🩷

Next to the boat dock, with tables right on the seawall and across the street at the bar, alfresco. You need to park somewhere else and walk here. It is also next to but not part of the hotel. There are other restaurants nearby. We enjoyed evening drinks after boat rides. The staff was very busy but also accommodated us, answering questions, helping understand the menu and made us feel at home. The drinks were excellent, and the service was amazing. It is an excellent wine bar as well as great cocktails. You can also buy anything you want to drink while you are there and take it home. We will return.

Came as a solo diner for a bite to eat and a glass of wine. Delicious plates of meat and cheese at a sensible price for the quality, with delicious wine. Above all, respect for outstanding service - not always a given when dining alone.

Excellent lakefront aperitif spot, with friendly and attentive service. Excellent wine selection, prices in line with the offerings.

Total disappointment: a tiny terrace overlooking the lake with tiny tables that were crammed together. They set me up next to garbage cans. I had them move, and the waitress was even annoyed. Aperitivo was well-priced, with dishes that were certainly made with good ingredients but not very interesting. I don't recommend it. Suitable for foreigners.

This is such a lovely little local wine / snack bar with perfect wines and great food. It is located just when you get off the ferry. The staff is fantastic!! And the location by the lake is second to none… go for some Sicilian white in here and you will not be disappointed

An elegant and sophisticated wine bar in Carate Urio. I tried the cheese platter with unusual jams and a glass of a Tuscan red wine, a Sangiovese blend I wasn't familiar with... top-notch!

I went to this bistro with my parents for dinner a few days ago. We were very satisfied and I absolutely recommend it! It's a bar/bistro with some outdoor seating and a few tables across the street facing the lake. I specifically asked for a nice lakeside table, and they accommodated me without a problem. The view is incredible, and the quiet atmosphere with just a few tables is the highlight. The prices are high, but they reflect the location. Portions are a bit small, but the ingredients are very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate the vegan options on the menu; I might even add one for dessert. Recommended!
