Beautiful city and equally beautiful place. Some cutlet sardines and a stellar pasta with sardines. Friendly and kind staff.

I sat down here, in this beautiful place, for lunch today. I ordered a warm Polpo salad (with potatoes), which tasted very good, and a mixed salad (very large). Then a large water and a coffee and everything together for €22.50. The prices are absolutely reasonable and the service is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it.

Downtown Scicli, assuming there is such a thing, we found this little restaurant with outdoor seating for a late lunch. It’s not a big establishment nor does it attract tourists. Even the website is under construction. When we visited, the staff was quite young, but the gal who served us did so efficiently. We were comfortably seated on via Mrama, in view of the cathedral across the streets but far enough away from one of the nearby restaurants playing obnoxiously loud music for its customers. For my meal, I selected the warm codfish with tomatoes and capers. It was delicious – irresistibly good, especially for the price. It also came with warm bread. My wife’s salad with chicken was also a welcome afternoon meal – light but filling. Cherry Wonderdog sees no reason not to bestow a full two paws up and five stars on the coveted Cherry Wonderdog scale for this unexpected treasure, a little authentic Siciian restaurant in the quaint picturesque town of Scicli, Sicily.

Food and service are excellent. Amazing if you like grilled octopus...one of the best ever. Setting outdoors very pleasant in a historical setting.

We had the best lunch in Scicli. Octopus sandwich was out of this world. Home made fresh ravioli and really nice octopus meatball. Great service, fantastic atmosphere and you should try the local digestive Amaro.

I'm currently having lunch at this place, and I congratulate you on everything. Excellent food, in the environment, but above all congratulations to all the staff!! An uncommon friendliness, prompt in service, polite even in the dialogue between them, in short.....no false notes, on the contrary!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and congratulations again to everyone.
