The highest-quality ingredients and preparation worthy of authentic Japanese recipes: it's a real privilege to have here in Puglia! All this is topped off with extremely fast service and friendly, helpful staff: it's truly a pleasure to return to Millegusti every time. Highly recommended to anyone looking for the best ramen in the area!

I've been going to this place for three or four years now, but it's definitely the place where I've eaten (and continue to eat) the best ramen of my life (let's be clear, I've visited at least a dozen ramen places in various parts of Italy). The place is small, but it's rarely crowded (an average of three or four tables are occupied), and there's never a shortage of space. However, I recommend making a reservation if you plan on bringing a large group. Free parking is, unfortunately, a bit difficult to find, but there are numerous garages with prices around one euro per hour, so it's practically free if you spend an hour or two eating. The service is impeccable. The kitchen is open, the waiters are friendly and super helpful, and the restrooms are clean and easily accessible (the smells are typical of any public restroom). Unfortunately, I'm new to reviewing and haven't prepared photos that would do this place justice, but I'll edit (if possible) as soon as I have some good ones available.
