Although the restaurant opens at 11:30, it actually starts working and accepting orders only after noon 🕛 Nevertheless, the takoyaki and ramen with eel lived up to expectations 😋 The latter lacked narutomaki, and the boiled egg was not marinated, but all the other ingredients were cooked perfectly, and the well-chosen, not too rich broth perfectly combines everything together and maintained a feeling of lightness in the stomach even after such a large portion 🍜

Siamo stati in questo locale situato in una zona semicentrale di Bari per assaggiare il Ramen, rigorosamente fatto a mano. Abbiamo scoperto un locale carino, con personale gentilissimo, ottimo servizio, prezzi nella media, ottimo cibo.
Il Ramen è davvero buono e lo si può gustare in tante varianti tra cui anche quella vegetariana. Il profumo è avvolgente. Poi abbiamo preso degli involtini Primavera deliziosi, forse i più buoni che abbiamo mai mangiato, ravioli al vapore vegetariani dal sapore particolarissimo e fagioli di soia. Ci siamo concessi anche un dolcino: gelato fritto e Mochi, sfiziosissimi. In regalo i biscotti della fortuna e un gran sorriso. Torneremo sicuramente!

Locale in centro a bari. È possibile degustare un buon Ramen. La particolarità sono i noodle fatti a mano a vista da un ragazzo. Ci sono diverse tipologie di ramen consiglio quello misto. Ottimo anche il ramen saltato. Gli antipasti sono discreti. Servizio celere. Qualità buona..costi contenuti
