The restaurant is located near the city center and, in my opinion, is one of the most traditional Chinese restaurants, especially when it comes to the ramen, which is prepared in plain sight. The menu offers a wide selection of ramen, appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is a bit small and tends to fill up quickly during meal times, so it's advisable to book to secure a table, whether inside or outside. I've been frequenting this restaurant for years, and the only small flaw is that the prices, once affordable, are now average. Despite this, all the dishes are consistently excellent. Honorable mention goes to the spicy tofu and, of course, the ramen.

Everything was excellent, from the appetizers to the main courses, but the ramen was the best I've ever had. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was family-friendly; it's one of those places where you eat well without the frills. We went because we saw a TikTok video about them making the pasta by hand, and it's absolutely true!

Asian cuisine, fresh ingredients, and freshly prepared dishes. Despite being located on a busy road, it's well soundproofed, as is the veranda, although the slightly unstable tables could use a replacement.

Truly delicious ramen, the best I've ever had in Bari and its province.
The highest-quality ingredients and preparation worthy of authentic Japanese recipes: it's a real privilege to have here in Puglia!
All this is topped off with extremely fast service and friendly, helpful staff: it's truly a pleasure to return to Millegusti every time. Highly recommended to anyone looking for the best ramen in the area!
