13/07/2025: I run a small restaurant on Lake Como, and I know what it means to offer a high-quality experience to guests. I had the pleasure of dining at Ristorante Canton di Vino in Avigliana, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The evening was truly memorable, thanks to the attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the welcoming staff.
The service was impeccable, thanks to Federico, a very young, knowledgeable and passionate "meal companion," who guided me through the culinary experience, sharing interesting stories about the dishes and local products. The selection of dishes was excellent, and the Trentino wine Federico selected was the perfect accompaniment.
What struck me most was the authenticity and passion of the people who run the restaurant, which is also evident in their social media reels. They truly are skilled at telling the story of life in our industry.
In short, I can undoubtedly recommend Ristorante Canton di Vino in Avigliana for the quality of the food, the excellent service, and the unique sensory experience. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who appreciates QUALITY and PASSION!

Welcoming us is a young and well-prepared staff, I would say one of the gems of the place: professional, smiling and full of energy. They offer a warm and at the same time refined welcome, which makes every guest feel pampered and special. Located a stone's throw from the historic center of Avigliana, this restaurant is a true hidden gem, nestled among the historical and scenic beauties of the Val di Susa. The location is enchanting and elegant, with an authentic and historical charm, capable of transporting you to a unique atmosphere, suspended between past and present. A friend of mine and I chose to dine here and we were enchanted. Every detail, from the furniture to the mise en place, speaks of care, style and passion. The cuisine is typical Piedmontese, but revisited in a gourmet key, with dishes that surprise for their balance, creativity and respect for tradition. A perfect combination of innovation and roots, which is also reflected in the choice of wines, curated with love. Each bottle tells a story and is proposed with enthusiasm and expertise, involving the customer in a real wine journey.
A great plus also for comfort: inside the temperature is perfect, ideal even for those who suffer from the heat, while outside, in the dehor immersed in the mountain landscape, you can enjoy a priceless natural freshness. Perfect for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends in the name of relaxation and good taste. Well, what can I say? Il Canton di Vino is a must-see for those who love good food, wine selected with passion and authentic atmospheres. A place that combines the best of Piedmontese tradition with a touch of modernity, in a simply unforgettable setting.
