We went to this restaurant for dinner in February. The atmosphere was elegant and refined, the service attentive and friendly, and the food excellent. It was my birthday, and after dessert, they brought us a canapé with a candle to celebrate, a very kind and appreciated gesture. I can only give it 5 stars and recommend this restaurant.

Excellent, typical Piedmontese cuisine. The pasta, even as a starter, is incredibly delicate and thin, leaving plenty of room for a main course. The wines are delicious and very affordable.

A very beautiful venue, with truly attentive and pleasant service, never intrusive and always attentive. The amuse-bouche was delicious, and the wines were interesting and unusual, with those by the glass excellent. Among the dishes, the raw fish was excellent. Tagliolini with cuttlefish, red mullet, and cavolo nero were a bit disjointed; I expected a more intense flavor. The risotto was good, though again a bit shy of seafood flavors. The cod was interesting; not all the pieces were tender, but very good. The tenerina was fantastic, the tarte tatin base could be improved, and the semifreddo was delicious. A special mention goes to the fresh and dried fruit after dessert, further confirming the excellent service. Prices are reasonable for the location, so certainly not cheap, but justified.

A welcoming, upscale restaurant with delicious traditional food, a constant treat for the palate, both in terms of service and location. The price is a little higher than average, but it's totally worth it!

05/01/2026: January 5, 2026, a lovely day, it seems like winter in early March compared to thirty years ago.
31/12/2025: An incredible, authentic place with an exceptional atmosphere. Just reaching the osteria offers the pleasure of splendid views of the valley. The place is truly fantastic. The cuisine, deeply rooted in Piedmontese tradition, is a tale of flavors: rich and generous traditional appetizers, an extraordinary variety of game cured meats, surprising stuffed pastas... An experience so difficult to describe and so impossible not to recommend.

19/02/2026: Everything was excellent! The dishes were very good and well-prepared. The staff was very helpful. The place was really beautiful.
29/01/2026: Aroma is located in one of Turin's most beautiful foothills, a bit inconvenient for parking, but that's no surprise. The interior of the restaurant is undoubtedly well-kept, perhaps a little "cold," but the floor is very beautiful (tasting bus)! The à la carte menu offers dishes that are decidedly interesting to read, perhaps a little less so on the palate. Some flavors—like a Vermouth reduction—were barely noticeable, which is a shame because the menu descriptions are undoubtedly captivating, with some dishes that are out of the ordinary. The meats are very good and cooked to perfection, perhaps a little on the small side. I've tried all the desserts, and they're beautiful and equally delicious. Some, to be clear, were perhaps a little cloying for my taste buds and my tastes. The service was a bit cold and aloof from the start; there was no lack of professionalism, respect, or kindness, just very cold. Overall it was a good dinner, but I expected more, especially from the two tasting menus, which were nothing particularly appealing in my opinion.
