This morning at 10:30 (and it's the second time this has happened), we arrive at the counter to order two coffees. There's only one girl busy cleaning the counter, then the trays, and then preparing the orders for those seated. She was working her butt off, but poor thing, she couldn't perform miracles. The people behind us, annoyed by the wait, left. To my question: are you alone? Answer: no, the colleague is in the back. Extremely long wait!
