From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great courtesy and attention: the entire staff, from the moment we entered until we left, was extremely kind and helpful. The atmosphere is meticulously designed and immediately puts you at ease, as is the service, attentive but never intrusive. Special mention must go to the professionalism and friendliness of the team, who made us feel pampered at all times.
