This place is suitable for a quick breakfast or a quick coffee, as it's not very inviting for a quiet break. The tables are small, the seats uncomfortable, and the staff isn't very friendly. The bathroom is outside on the platform and requires a fee; you can't use the receipt. I found the product selection to be quite extensive, but above all, it was delicious. I recommend it for its quality pastries, but I wouldn't recommend it for the atmosphere, the chaos, and the unfriendly staff.

Lately, I've been really disappointed by the staff's attitude. One day, a woman with a Cuban accent emptied a tray, but without replacing the paper napkin, she served another customer. I found it in poor taste and unhygienic.
This morning, however, the lady at the cash register (around 8:10-8:15), when I paid (in cash), told me she'd put the receipt on the tray. She didn't. Other times when I've paid by debit card, yes; evidently, on those occasions, she couldn't help it. I didn't appreciate the mockery. A lady before me had ordered the same drink as me, so I saw the amount I had to pay on the cash register, which was what I was asked for, and so she took advantage of the situation.
Otherwise, the products are good.

A very welcoming venue, conveniently accessible from the street outside, on Via Nizza. It's ideal for a coffee and a pastry before or after a trip.
The pastries are a bit pricey.

An elegant and welcoming establishment located at the west entrance of Porta Nuova Station (on Via Sacchi). The Neapolitan pastries are excellent, and in addition to eating in, they also offer takeout. I've often purchased trays of fresh pastries as gifts for friends. The coffee is excellent, and the service is prompt.

We stopped for breakfast while waiting for the train to arrive. The staff were efficient, the cappuccino and croissant were good, and the place was very crowded, with limited seating inside. Unfortunately, there were no restrooms.
